As many of us can relate to during this time, this is the longest I’ve gone without setting foot on an airplane in 5 years. Reflecting on a whirlwind of the past few years, I’ve been so grateful to have visited over 30 countries around the world. But in this season of life, being home has felt very comforting — especially being able to truly slow down and connect with the special people in my life here in California. A few of my favorite images from my time using Canon’s newest flagship, the EOS R5. I reviewed the camera over on my YouTube channel, where I talk about it as a stills first camera, with video capabilities. Overall, really impressed with the system and this feels like the most professional mirrorless camera I’ve used to date. #EOSR5

Had the opportunity to test out @vivo_global’s new X50 Pro and Pro+ last week in Mammoth. As a photographer, seeing all of the technology that we are able to have right in our pockets is pretty incredible. I was able to capture this Milky Way image using a 4 minute shutter speed on the X50 Pro. I am currently hosting a contest, in tandem with @vivo_global.
