I eat carbs. I eat treats. I incorporate every food group. I drink diet pop. I train random body parts and different styles of training when I feel like it. Some days it’s heavy AF and some days it’s body weight or HIIT workouts. I take rest days. I take natural supplements. I do everything that current society says not to do. Truth is- there is no right or wrong in any of this. And following diet and exercise culture trends is exhausting 😴 Do what works for YOU and makes YOU happy and feel good. You wanna be healthy and feel good? Stop following the current quick fix! Get out- break a sweat, eat balanced meals, eat nutrient dense foods, enjoy treats (you’re still fucking human). You want long term success? Your healthiest you is living a lifestyle you can sustain. 🙌🏼

Andddd that’s a wrap on our summer months! September came outta no where! Time to focus on fall goals and projects 🙌🏼
What does freedom look like to you? Is it money? Travel? No debt? Freedom looks different to everyone and for different reasons. Different freedoms also help aid other freedom goals. My top 5 freedoms that I’ve achieved this year are: 1) Seeing my family. I’ve been home 6 times this year already! Which is amazing because considering the past 6 years I’ve lived in the Soo I’ve only gone home 1-2 times per year before. 2) Financial. This year I’ve attained multiple streams of income. I get 6 paycheques a month. This has helped me cover all my trips home - which gives me family time I crave. 3) Love for my job. I truly walk into work every single day LOVING what I do! I love my partners, my staff and our clients. 4) Helping others find freedom. I’ve helped multiple people make a lot of money this year that they didn’t know was even possible. That’s a great feeling. 5) Food. I’ve gotten rid of the “diet” mentality and just eat intuitively. My mind feels free and I’m content with balance in my life. And if my daughter shoved a cookie in my mouth- damn straight I eat the cookie! So what is freedom to you? And how do you plan on getting it?

How do you want to remember your life? Too many of us are going through the motions and losing our fire. Too many of us have lost our passion, our drive and our confidence. Make yourself a priority! Self care ISN’T selfish. We are on this earth to create and experience something amazing 💖 We are constantly in this “9-5 rat race” mentality and do it because we are told that we “have to.” This past year I’ve truly found what I love to do. I have helped hundreds change their bodies, lives, mindsets and income potential. And it feels f%^#ing good to be able To do that. My goal by the end of 2020 is to have been able to help THOUSANDS. I want to look back and say I lived a damn good life and helped others do the same. So again- how do you want to remember your life?
