Chef de partie @cespedes.louis has been with us for 1.5 year, before joining the team he worked in France at Restaurant Serge Vieira.⠀ Most memorable restaurant vist: "Probably a small shitty restaurant along the highway in France when I was 4 , I ate chicken but my father made me believe that It was actually the only restaurant in France where they serve pingouin. This is Pontus Nilsson from our front of the house team who has been with us for the last 5 months, he used to work at @sturehof here in town.⠀ –⠀ Best restaurant experience and why: "This may seem somewhat patriotic to say, but: during the downtime due to the renovation for the new venue of Frantzén the team had a small popup in the old town, Stockholm. This was probably back in 2015, me and a friend had a fantastic meal and I completely fell in love with the food and the vibe. Most importantly I got served with the best dish that i’ve ever had. The French Toast, with white Alba truffle. Something sparked within me, it was a type of endorphin rush, in many ways hard to describe. End result how ever, me crying like a little baby in pure joy."⠀ –⠀ #Frantzen #FacesOfFrantzen
