Can we stop talking about politics for a moment to talk about these incredible buckwheat pancakes? ❤️ Go out and share some love today, the world needs it 😞❤️
Sometimes I think I should stop drinking coffee... And then I wake up in the morning and it's the only thing that gets me out of bed. 😂😴 GOOD MORNING BRIGHTON! COFFEE POLL!! What's your favourite vegan milk for your latte? Go! ❤️☕️
@henyamania and @plantpowerednomad vs. vegan food. Brighton vegan scene, we've arrived, lock up your seitan and your violife because we're here to eat everything! 😝😍❤️
Happy Thursday! Nothing like a bit of light reading over a light lunch 😉 #veganhippo definitely wins best jackfruit burger in a while. Any hard core #animalrights books you recommend?
Luxembourg you're gorgeous, and friendly, and I like the constant surprise of not knowing which of 4 languages is about to be spoken to me 😂 but London is calling and so are #soylattes that don't cost €4 😳 being a caffeine head is an expensive hobby over here 😥🤑
A delicious vegan burger and tea with peppercorns in it!!! Peppercorns!! ❤️ Luxembourg is pretty, but very quiet. Any recommendations for what to do on a Sunday here?
I didn't find any picturesque #veganfood in Bruges, but I did find some picturesque scenery to strike a ninja pose in 😊☀️❤️ Leaving Belgium tomorrow, Luxembourg here I come!
Can't quite believe how sunny London is compared to the weather in Ireland right now 🌞❤️ this time last year I was in Thailand, getting serious Asia nostalgia 😫 but at least I have soy lattes, chia seed puddings, and catch ups with friends 😍❤️
When you go on a windy and slightly rainy walk to try and dislodge your head cold, and there's a soy latte at the end of it ❤️☕️ My website's undergoing a change of direction at the moment. It's going to become far more personal, as I write more about travelling with trauma and anxiety. I've ditched the English teaching section on my menu and added this sleek new category. I'm excited, and nervous. It's time 😁😊
@dublinvegfest was a definite success, despite the hours of queueing and not getting back to Galway until nearly 2am 😥 highlights were definitely @bitesizevegan 's very emotional talk and finally meeting the lovely @wtfveganfood, weird meeting someone when you've read their memoir and know all about them 😂 see you again somewhere in the world, Kristin, and good luck in New Zealand! ❤️❤️❤️ (And a shout out to this messy but delicious Moussaka and scrummy side salads from @cornucopia_restaurant where we went after the VegFest for dinner)
Impromptu week in London catching up with friends, enjoying the sun, and finally getting to The Coach and Horses in Soho to try the #vegan fish and chips. Pretty tasty, and a little disorientating. And this morning there's bright sunshine! Spontaneous trips are the best when you have sunshine, friends and good food ❤️
You know when you blink... And suddenly everywhere offers vegan options? Beetroot falafel box and an almond milk latte. It's weird to have so many options again, in a small city in Ireland.
