You ever make bowls out of whatever you have at home? Cause I do. I feel like that’s what being vegan is all about 😂💕#vegan This bowl was fantastic and what really made it was the @followyourheart Creamy Garlic dressing! I can’t tell you enough how much I LOVE IT! . . Ingredients: Corn on the cob Canned Chickpeas 1 stalk of Bok Choi(per bowl) Potatoes Smoked paprika Parsley Hemp seeds Creamy garlic dressing Vegan Parmesan . . . First grill your corn on the cob, then cut it to separate the bone from the good part. . . In a bowl add your chickpeas and sprinkle a little smoked paprika and mix it well. . . Grill your Bok Choi> the way I did it was, I used a cast iron without oil and just cooked it there until it was grilled :) . . And you want to bake your potatoes. First cut them into wedges, add a tiny bit of oil, some Italian seasonings, and bake them at 420 degrees for about 10 minutes. Combine all in a bowl and sprinkle some fresh parsley, @followyourheart creamy garlic dressing, and some Vegan Parmesan as well! . . I hope you guys enjoy this. It was so fun to make and I died of how delicious it was.

Craving this amazing breakfast! I’m currently in Germany but as soon as I get back home I’ll be making myself a yummy bowl. . . My secret ingredient to my delish bowls is using chocolate almond milk.. trust me it will make any smoothie or smoothie bowl 100 x better! Let me know if you try it ;)

One of my most underrated meals! I swear this was fantastic! . Deep fried Oyster Mushrooms topped with buffalo sauce with a side of @followyourheart vegan each dressing for dipping! . . 1/2lb of oyster mushrooms 1/2 cup of almond milk 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce 1/4 cup flour (for batter) 1 cup of flour 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder Oil . Instructions . In a sauce pan add a good amount of oil (for deep frying) and heat it up. . In a small bowl mix : almond milk, teriyaki sauce, and 1/4 cup of flour. In another small bowl mix: 1 cup of flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder. . Dip oysters in the batter, then into the dry mixture, and then back into the batter. And drop it into oil. Let it cook and flip them! . Once ready place them in a cooling rack and DONEEEE :) . . Enjoy 💕💕💕

My Vegan thanksgiving :) 3 years in a row that my entire family agreed to do vegan thanksgiving which makes me so happy and proud! I spent a good 2 hours making all this food! Candied yams, green bean casserole, baked Brussels sprouts, @gardein meatless turkey, and gravy, and a mixture of baked potatoes, onions, and pumpkin! So much goodness and so much love. . . . HAPPY THANKSGIVING! 🍁🍂 . . Or as Phoebe says: “Happy Needless Turkey Murder Day!” ...... #friends
