anyone else struggling with their water intake as of late?! 🤷🏻‍♀️ *hot tip: drink water BEFORE your morning cup of coffee. I try to chug one of my 40oz bottles before I start my brew. it’s definitely helped with my intake. especially because coffee is my lifeline & I’ll do anything for it 😅 are you drinking enough water??! 💦☕️💦☕️☕️☕️
