In celebration of #NationalBossesDay, I thought I’d show you what behind the scenes REALLY looks like. Growing up, Barbie was the only face representing girl power…today, we now have the power to set the example and raise the bar like never before. It’s #InternationalDayoftheGirl and I want to encourage you to consider your part in leading the way and having the conversations necessary to break barriers in gender equality and social change.
