When women ask me how I do it, I simply tell them that I have the right mindset. It’s something we should talk about more. Besides all the physical transformations, what’s happening in your mind? My mindset took me years to build. I’ve been wanting to compete for a while but my mindset just wasn’t ready. As the years went by, doing what I had to do to achieve my goals on my own, I finally achieved another level of confidence. It went from “Nah, I don’t have the genetics.” to “Fuck your genetics, I’ll work my ass off and prove me wrong.” My mindset is what I treasure the most. I now believe that I can achieve anything because I’ve proved myself wrong so many times. Proving yourself wrong when you think you can’t do something means trying over and over again. Every single day, you try and work your ass off no matter what your inner bully tells you. Try it and you’ll be surprised about how far you can go. Have a blessed day everyone 🙏🏼 🙏🏼🙏🏼 . Another successful cardio day on the stair master 🙊 The machine I used to hate but that I love now. Currently bulking, so eating a bit more than what i’m used to and which I won’t complain about 😁 Who doesn’t love eating more right? Of course the extra fluff will be a part of the game but by adding cardio days we will be able to control the fat gain a bit. No makeup on, tired as hell but still killing my trainings ✅ Today was cardio day. As I mentioned before, this month I am strictly working legs and glutes 3x/week and also doing 3 cardio days between those. So basically I train 6x a week. I’m currently in a slight calorie surplus. My coach wants me to keep building legs and glutes. Honestly, i’m in awe with my glutes progress so far. My laziest muscle is finally waking up. Thank you for following my journey to the stage. All your support means alot to me and definitely helps me push trough the sacrifices and pain💪🏼
Do you read labels? I do! I still don’t understand why they need to add so much junk in Peanut butters.. Be careful with those. To me, Peanut butter should only contain: Peanuts! When the coach says I can eat what I want for 3 hours. Those 3 hours went by fat. I mean FAST 😂
I started with my coach @repbyrepfitness a month and a half ago. This is my progress so far. Lost about 10 pounds but weight doesn’t really matter to me. I like to see visible progress, not just numbers dropping on a scale.
