Welcome back everyone ✨ I hope you had a wonderful christmas and a great start into the new year! I really enjoyed the last couple of days offline, I feel more relaxed than ever😎 I also didn't workout or practice yoga, as I wanted to give my body a long rest and it's been the best feeling! Today was my first day back on my mat. I did a little leg workout and also filmed a snippet of my practice today (see in my IG stories) and yes it always feels a little bit different (maybe even weird) after taking a longer time off, but a gentle practice was all I needed! I am happy to be back to reconnect with all of you and make this year the best one so far🙏🏼🥰
Merry christmas beautiful people 🎄🥰✨ I wish you all a wonderful time! I'll be taking a little break and will be back next year♥️ In the meantime, feel free to leave me a comment down below what kind of content (tutorials, tips, lives, reels, pictures, stories, etc.) you would like to see from me in 2021 (I love creating helpful and useful content for you!)✨ Can't wait to start a new chapter and I'm happy to take you along my journey. But for now, I am taking a step back to fully recharge for the next year! Enjoy your holidays and stay safe🥰 Love you all🎄✨♥️ #digitaldetox #goodbye2020
Pincha or forearm stand is such a fun, powerful and strong inversion and with the following tips you will be able to learn it in no time😊 The following movements have helped me so much getting the balance and strength that I need for pincha! I personally think that your hand position is key! For a proper alignment you want to bring your hands in line with your elbows, but when you are just starting out, you can try and bring your hands together. This makes, at least for me, all the difference🙏🏼 Let me know if you have any further questions! Please make sure to like & SAVE if you need some inspiration for later 💪🏼 ENJOY! 1) Build upper body strength 2) Practice Headstands 3) Practice Against A Wall 4) Practice Away From The Wall 5) Pincha Tips Enjoy and let me know what you think 💙🔥💪🏼 🔸My YOGA MAT is from @mandukaeurope▪️I practice on the eKO lite 4mm mat. I tend to be someone that rather looks into the future than taking the time to appreciate what has happened in the past. I am a person that loves to plan ahead, I love structuring and organizing my days and know where I am heading. This wasn't always the case tho, as I have found my true passions only a few years ago and since then I know exactly where I wanna go. I don't always know how, but I just try it out and see what happens😊 However, for the last few days of 2020 I want to slow down a bit, appreciate all the things that have happened this year, whether it was good or bad, because all of these circumstances have led me to where I am today. And I am so happy that I decided to follow my heart instead of following a career path I wasn't content with. I encourage you to look back on this year for just a second or two and be proud of yourself for where you are right now. You can be so proud of yourself for pushing through this tough year, overcoming obstacles, taking risks and learning a little bit more about yourself. Love you all.
