had a mini parking lot celebration because i tried to put these jeans on a few weeks ago and they were so uncomfortably tight 🥺 today, they fit almost perfectly!! lately i’ve been trying to come to terms with my weight fluctuation and learning that IT IS OKAY. IT IS NORMAL TO FLUCTUATE!! between all the quarantine snacks and loss of motivation to workout, my body has changed and that’s fine!! i’ve been getting back into working out regularly, eating cleaner, and getting a hold of my pcos - but this time i’m making sure to do it the healthiest way possible!! ensuring i make good choices, but also not being too hard on myself and still HAVING FUN 🤪 i missed out on so much with my first weight loss journey because i was too hyper-focused and hard on myself. this time around, i’m being more patient and putting my health first, NOT my idea of a “perfect” body ☺️💕 if you read this far, thank you, and if you’re also struggling with loving your body, i feel you and remember in order to make healthy progress you need to love yourself in ALL PHASES ✨ also this cute ass top is from @revolve #revolveme
