Way back to my pro card physique October 2018. . I’ve always had a high tolerance for pain, which can be both a good thing and a bad thing. Growing up, if I were to feel pain I would train myself to shut my brain off and turn my back to it, which can be harmful when it comes down to things such as proper form and recovery. When I become more serious about weight training I had no choice, but to re-train myself to be more in tune with mind/body connection, and go THROUGH the pain rather than against it which in turn lead to strength gains. It’s taken years and still a work in progress but today I am much more aware of what I am capable of and where I need work. Decided to jump on bandwagon with both this whole intermittent fasting thing in conjunction with keto. Well needless to say clearly my body needed to detox considering last night was the first all week I wasn’t suffering in-humane leg cramping. On another note, looks like being carb-less clearly has me a little flat... but that comes with the territory. Regardless I’ve been noticing I’ve been feeling much “lighter” and overall more peaceful. All in all, most especially happy to see I’m maintaining my size (especially in my legs) while dropping a little extra fluff and inflammation I put on the last two months. #CompleteControl
