OCTOBER 💫 IS MY BIRTHDAY MONTH 🥳 What month is your birthday? I might be a little bias but October is the best month! Halloween, (my birthday), Spring time 💐, the weather is getting warmer (more beach days!) and on the other side of the world it’s FALL 🍁 a magical time of the year... with pumpkin spice everything! Although, I am sad 🥺 that I won’t be able to spend my birthday with @brandonmichaelfit this year.. but super grateful for all the travelling we did before COVID. Just before California went into lock down we were on our way to Palm Springs 🌵 We were meant to be going to the BNP Indian Wells Tennis 🎾 tournament but it was cancelled. Instead I asked Brandon to plan a day of shooting 📸 in the desert.. by the WINDMILL FARM 😍... WHAT A DAY!!! I had so much fun & he snapped these pictures of me. I can’t believe I’ve already been back in Australia for 2 months.. time flies, I mean can you even believe it’s the second week in August already?! 😱 . Since being back I have been on a mission to create my own training space. I have invested in equipment and slowly been building it up. So far it’s been incredible training in my own sanctuary and I am grateful for these outdoor training sessions where I turn the music up and I’m covered in sweat by the end of the workout 💦🙌🏼. . After 10 years of training in commercial gyms I never thought I would be loving training at home as much as I have been.. there is just something completely freeing about being in your own energy zone, busting out moves in between sets 💃🏼🎶 and not having to wait for equipment to free up 🤟🏼 - #HomeGym #LovingLife #TrainingHard
