Repost from @faith_trust_heal_ • Mrs. “Teacher of the day” taught her class how to make celery juice today!! She was super excited to show how she could make juice with our fairly new juicer (the Omega MM 900 HDS) AND with a blender (what mommy used to heal for the bulk of her healing!). Her Kindergarten class watched keenly + her teachers had a few good questions for her including how many celery stalks it takes to make a good amount for one person to drink! Her answer...more than 10!! 😹😹 She poured the freshly made juice into a nut milk bag (what she calls a “nuck milk bag”) and squished the bag between her hands with chipmunk giggles!! Her friends loved watching that part as the juice splished and splashed into the bowl beneath it! 😃 We then poured our juice into two glasses and said “CHEERS” as we both drank it for all to see. Best part was that she explained that sometimes celery doesn’t always taste good bc sometimes it’s bitter but today ours was SWEET!! As she’s learned + still learning, sometimes our food doesn’t always need to taste 100% amazing bc it’s good enough that it’s healthy for us. Our taste buds will catch up in time! She also explained that “celery juice is good for our liver bc it washes away the bad germs, it’s good for our teeth, our eyes, our tummies and our POOP!!!” Course she looked at me for permission to say that word and I definitely gave her the go ahead! 😂 I wish someone was videotaping that part bc it was honestly awesome! With a satisfied heart that maybe we did something good today in showing others this kind of thing, she will finish out her day a teacher of something truer than true, something that truly helps + heals. It means everything to share a piece of our world to others and to share this kind of experience with her. As always, we want to thank you Anthony + SOC for showing us this solid healing tool for everyone (young + wise) to use. BANANA SALAD {GLUTEN-FREE, DAIRY-FREE, & FAT-FREE} A MEDICAL MEDIUM BOOK 1 REVISED EDITION RECIPE While banana in a green salad may seem like an unusual combination at first, you may just find you come to love it. Include all the optional ingredients or make it as simple as bananas, lettuce, and Atlantic dulse. Either way, you’ll support your adrenals and provide critical glucose and mineral salts to your body and brain. This recipe comes from the Revised and Expanded Edition of Medical Medium. The fructose in bananas is the liver's favorite source of food. It provides quick fuel to the liver and wakes up sleepy cells, increasing their ingenuity and work output. Soothes the linings of the intestinal tract and also soothes the nerves attached to the intestinal tract. Over time, leafy greens are wonderful healers of intestinal disorders. They help create a more alkaline stomach composition by raising beneficial hydrochloric acid levels, which in turn kills off the unproductive bacteria that create the bad acids responsible for GERD and other forms of acid reflux. Banana Salad Ingredients: 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion (optional) 2 tablespoons to 1/4 cup Atlantic dulse strips, quickly soaked in water, then chopped 4 to 6 bananas, chopped 1 cup chopped cucumber (optional) 2 to 3 sticks celery, chopped (optional) 4 to 6 cups leafy greens (such as butter lettuce, romaine, and/or red leaf lettuce) FOR THE DRESSING 2 teaspoons raw honey 1/2 cup orange juice Directions: Place the onion (if using), Atlantic dulse, bananas, cucumber (if using), celery (if using), and leafy greens in a medium-sized bowl. Toss until evenly combined. Whisk together the raw honey and orange juice in a small bowl. Add to the salad and toss again. Serve immediately. Makes 1-2 servings #medicalmedium

EVERYTHING BAGELS {GLUTEN-FREE, DAIRY-FREE, & YEAST-FREE} The Everything Bagel is a popular bagel due to its wonderful flavor that keeps you coming back for another bite! With pops of onion, garlic, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds, this clean version of a regular bagel doesn’t compromise on taste at all and will easily satisfy a bagel craving. Everything Bagel Ingredients: 3 tbsp ground flax + 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup melted coconut oil 3 tbsp maple syrup 2 cups cassava flour 1/2 cup arrowroot starch 1 cup coconut flour 1/2 cup brown rice flour 2 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/3 cup + 1-2 tbsp water Everything seasoning: 2 tbsp onion granules or flakes 2 tbsp garlic granules or flakes 2 tbsp black sesame seeds 2 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds 1 tbsp poppy seeds 1 tsp flaked or regular sea salt (optional) Directions: Bring a large pot of water to boil. Preheat oven to 430F/220C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small bowl, whisk together the ground flaxseeds and water. Let stand for 5 minutes. Pour in the coconut oil and maple syrup and whisk until uniform. Set aside. In a large bowl, add the cassava flour, arrowroot, coconut flour, brown rice flour and baking powder. Whisk until uniform and lump-free. Pour in the wet ingredients and stir, adding water one tablespoon at a time, until the dough starts coming together. Knead with your hands until you get a uniform, soft dough. Shape the dough into balls, flatten slightly and make a hole in the middle using a chopstick on your finger. The dough is quite crumbly, so smaller bagels will be easier to shape. Gently submerge a bagel in boiling water and cook for 30 seconds on both sides. Transfer to baking sheet and sprinkle Everything Seasoning on top. Repeat with rest of dough. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until lightly browned on top. Transfer to wire rack and cool. These bagels taste best when still slightly warm. Best stored in an airtight container at room temperature. Makes 5-6 bagels #medicalmedium

On top of that condition I had many more that I was dealing with. I took the natural path of healing but I didnt truly have a breakthrough until I started @medicalmedium. This lifestyle has saved me. It has let me become the person that I always wanted to be. I have gotten the privilege to be blessed with information that actually healed me. I was the biggest skeptic that natural methods work, because all I've heard my whole life was that I'd have to be on medication forever. I am thankful that I found @medicalmedium. Dont underestimate the power of food. Since finding Medical Medium I have beeing drinking celery juice, lemon water, hmds, eating plant based, living a non toxic lifestyle. HEALING BENEFITS OF HERBS🌿 The aromatic herbs oregano, rosemary, sage, and thyme possess complementary qualities. Each has a different specialization, and when you consume them all on a regular basis (whether in diet, supplementation, or a combination), their disease-fighting phytochemical compounds and extremely high levels of a broad spectrum of minerals provide a well- rounded, powerful defense against the pathogenic world.
