It was an honor to be invited to the 2019 @UnitedNations Climate Change Conference in Spain with the @SocialRevolt team this past year. . Like many of you, I didn’t grow up being environmentally conscious. It was only until the last 5 years, did I become more knowledgeable about the issues we all face as a planet. . If the current political landscape is any indication, we cannot leave this up to our elected officials to move as quickly as we need them to. The change lies within each and every one of us. Just one small change can have a compounding positive impact on the environment. . As we all come together today to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Earth Day, I encourage you find a small change you can make in your every day life and adopt it for 2020. Whether that is committing to using reusable grocery bags each week, adopting a more walkable and urban transit focused lifestyle, or embracing a more plant-based diet. . For me, I’ve committed to adopting a vegetarian based lifestyle over the past three months and not only do I feel healthier than ever, but I am also reducing my meat consumption which has adverse effects on our ecosystem. . Don’t get me wrong, I will have meat every once in a while, but 95% of my diet is plant based now. But what works for me, might not work for you and that’s ok. . I encourage you to do what you can, and go from there. It is our responsibility as global citizens to each do our part to save our planet. . What will you commit to? 📸: @timothyhoang

I tossed and turned all night. The crippling anxiety finally set in right around 3am this morning. I woke up in a panic and found myself overwhelmed with the amount of problems I needed to solve for as a result of #COVID19. Then I started thinking about all the people these problems impact. I would be lying if I said I wasn’t scared. Just like you, we all are. . My heart especially goes out to the people that find themselves in the same paralyzing position, overlooking the well being of their organizations and the people that comprise it. Like all small business owners, this pandemic has effected our business in a major way and it has forced us to pivot for our clients, but also pivot for our businesses. . I have no doubt there are a lot of business owners out there that find themselves in a very similar position. Concerned about their revenues, needing to adjust their financial and labor forecasts and coming to the sobering reality that things will be getting worse...a lot worse before they get better. . I wish I had all the answers but I don’t. And that’s frustrating to someone like me because I pride myself in being able to figure anything out, it’s in the DNA of any entrepreneur or small business owner. I found my mind racing in wee hours of the morning in an attempt to solve and unsolvable equation. . We are all trying to figure this out, I know we are and I am committed to leading our agency and continuing to be a resource to our clients and offering our help to any small business find the right path forward that will allow us all to weather this storm. . If there is one thing that is for certain, it is this...we are all in this together. So chin up because I know we will all get through this. But make no mistake, there is no time to waste. . We have work to do. Let us begin. 🙏
