MOST IMPORTANT POST I’VE EVER DONE. I’ve made an e-book for you all in memory of my little cousin Freddie, who a lot of you will know was tragically killed 3 months ago in a car crash in Bolivia. The book has 20 of my favourite recipes that all cost less than Β£2. All proceeds will go to the incredible charity @footballbeyondborders. In the months since Freddie died, this charity has been what’s kept my family surviving, not strong, but surviving. The book costs Β£2 (minimum donation - every penny goes to charity) and the link is in my bio!! So much love for all of you for your support, Rob xx

AD | On Sunday I mentioned that it’s #NationalEczemaWeek. I spoke about how important skin is to your mental wellbeing. One side of that is learning to do what you can to keep yourself feeling positive mentally - eating well and exercising are HUGE factors in that equation for me. But on the other side is actually caring for your skin, particularly preventing bad flare ups of dry skin. @aveeno.uk have developed Aveeno Dermexa to help do just that! It’s particularly suitable for people who may be prone to eczema. Definitely check it out and give it a go if that’s you ☺️ If you’ve got any questions about any of that just drop me a comment or a message as per normal. I’m always here to help when I can! #aveenoambassador #wellnesspioneer

AD | It’s National Eczema Week!! When I was really young I got a bit of eczema whenever things stressed me out - my brother got it really badly. SO MANY PEOPLE really struggle with their relationship between skin and wellbeing. It can be really hard to feel great when your skin doesn’t - if that’s you, I promise you you’re not alone! Eczema itself is one of the world’s most common skin conditions, even if it’s not immediately obvious on people most of the time. Since I’ve been working with @Aveeno.uk I’ve learned how their products can contribute to help keeping your skin feeling and looking better and how that helps you mentally. I’ve also heard from some incredible mental health advocates such as @jackpgreen a double Olympian and World and European medalist. So if you’ve got any questions about the link between your skin and your well-being... fire away and I can help you get some really useful answers 😊 #aveenoambassador #wellnesspioneer #nationaleczemaweek

[ad] WHAT ARE YOUR STRESS TRIGGERS? Personally, amongst other things, saying yes to too many people and too many things suddenly makes me feel completely overwhelmed. I can overcome that to an extent with exercising, eating well, looking after my skin and keeping healthy in general. But the best way is to be fair to myself and when I need to, say no to people and take a break. If you know what is it that makes you stressed, you at least know what it is you need to try and avoid. Actually avoiding it can be easier said than done - but taking 10-15 minutes out of your day and identifying your triggers is brilliant place start. @aveenouk #aveenoambassador #wellnesspioneer
