OK, it’s time to share some Interesting second trimester symptoms (no one warned me about🤣) and some of my favourite parts of being pregnant 🤰🏽✨ Interesting and unexpected symptoms include: 1️⃣ Insomnia 😅 2️⃣ Hello, pressure headaches 👋 . 3️⃣ 635273 x trips to the bathroom each night are still a thing 🚽. 4️⃣ I can hear my heartbeat in my ears and it gets louder when I exercise 💪. 5️⃣ Random nose bleeds are not fun. I was actually grateful that so many of you told me you also experienced this so when it started happening to me, I wasn’t too worried haha. Favourite parts and positives: 🌟Baby kicks are beyond magical 🥺🙏 🌟I have much more energy than I did last trimester. 🌟Some of my food aversions have passed and I’m vomiting much less🥳. 🌟I have a new appreciation for the female body. Like how incredible is the freakin’ female body?! I’m literally mind blown every day that there is a tiny person growing inside of me. 🌟I’m really enjoying watching my belly grow 👆 I currently have gastro, which isn’t so fun, but apart from that I’m feeling good and I’m even sleeping a little better!!! 💖If you are or have been pregnant, what were the parts you enjoyed most? 💖We have our 20 week scan day on Thursday and I’m SO excited for it 😍🙏

🍩 Speedy Cinnamon Doughnuts 🍩 It’s no secret that doughnuts are my favourite treat! Now with this yeast-free, super speedy, 6 ingredient recipe, you can have a delicious and wholesome batch of donuts in under 20 mins! YES PLEASE! Let me know how you go with them, I’m super excited for you to make them xx ✅ LIKE and SAVE this recipe to try ✅ Makes: 6 doughnuts Ready in: 20 mins INGREDIENTS ▪️1 1/2cups of self-raising flour (I used wholemeal) ▪️1 cup of plain yoghurt (I use @yoproau ) ▪️1/4 cup natural maple syrup ▪️2 tbsp butter, melted (I used Nuttlex) ▪️2 tbsp raw sugar ▪️1 1/2 tsp cinnamon METHOD 1️⃣Preheat oven to 180C and line a baking tray. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, yoghurt and maple syrup. Mix and knead lightly to form a dough 2️⃣Separate the dough into 6 evenly sized balls. Roll the balls with your hands to form long cylinder shapes (roughly 15 cms in length), connect the ends to form a doughnut shape and place onto your prepared baking tray (or press the dough into a specialised doughnut tray if you have one). 3️⃣Bake for 12-13 minutes or until slightly golden brown 4️⃣While the doughnuts are baking mix together the sugar and cinnamon in bowl. 5️⃣Remove Doughnuts from the oven, lightly brush with melted butter, and coat with the cinnamon and sugar mixture. 6️⃣Enjoy them while they’re still hot! 💖Notes: ▪️you could to make icing and glaze them instead of adding the cinnamon and sugar 😍. ▪️Woolies has an excellent self-raising flour you can use as a substitute if you’re gluten intolerant ▪️ use coconut yoghurt for a DF option 😘 Hit me up with any other questions below xx

Staycations never looked so good. This Tiny House is an absolute dream 🥰. For everyone asking, I booked a voucher on @klookanz and then chose the house on @tiny.away 😘. They have lots of cute locations to choose from when you’re ready for a little getaway 👌. The one we’re located at is in the Blue Mountains around an hour away from Sydney and we’re staying here for 2 nights before heading back to spend another 2 nights in the city. Oh yes, and I organised all this for SG’s birthday. He turns the ripe old age of 34 on Monday 😜🥳💖 #staycation #bluemountains

Fro-Yo Bark 😋. I never and I mean never get sick of eating frozen yoghurt and fruit. This is one of my favourite snacks as the weather warms up because it’s so delish! Bonus that it is high in protein, super quick and easy to make and the flavour combinations are endless. I’ve given you 6 different combinations to try below, but don’t be afraid to get creative and top this recipe with your favourite fruit and nut combos! ✅ LIKE and SAVE to try ✅ Ready in: 2hrs (including freeze time) Makes: 16- 20 pieces BASE RECIPE: ▪️2 cups plain yogurt (I used plain @yoproau) ▪️3-4 tablespoons natural maple syrup ▪️1 teaspoon vanilla essence, extract or paste ▪️Your favourite toppings (see ideas below) METHOD: 1️⃣Line a baking tray. 2️⃣In a medium-sized bowl mix together yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla until well combined. 3️⃣Spread yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking tray and scatter toppings. 4️⃣Place in the freezer for about 1.5- 2 hours or until the yogurt is firm. 5️⃣Cut or break into 16-20 pieces and enjoy! FLAVOUR & TOPPING IDEAS ❤️Mango, strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, and mandarin 🧡Raspberries and pistachios 💛Shredded coconut, dark choc chips, and blueberries 💚4 tbsp natural peanut butter (mix in with base), dark chocolate chips, desiccated coconut and banana slices to top 💙1 tbsp matcha power (mix in with base), pistachios, and pomegranate to top 🖤4 tbsp cacao powder (mix in with base), raspberries, crushed almonds to top Notes: ❣️Maple syrup can be substituted for honey for rice malt syrup. ❣️Taste test the base recipe to ensure it’s to your liking and adjust ingredients accordingly before topping. ❣️Store in a sealed freezer bag for up to 3 months. ❣️I let mine sit for 5 mins before eating Hit me up with any questions below 😘 #llsweettreat
