Self care Saturday - get outside! (And be safe) 🌞

Now more than ever it’s important to look out for our both our bodies and minds. Most people now know at least someone who has been impacted by COVID. Ive been using @bloom while mom and dad are working to help pass the time. Sometimes I have the zoomies and wonder, when will I be able to play with my friends again or go outside as often? @bloom has helped center me through guided CBT journaling exercises so I worry less, be more present and grateful for really everything I’ve taken for granted before. Mental fitness is just as important as physical.
