Keisha had so much fun learning gymnastics led by Coach Eva from @clubgymnasticapasig. I definitely enjoyed assisting her and it was a fun, new learning experience for both of us. We never thought we could do this at the comfort of our own home! We love how Coach Eva was very warm and welcoming to us. We felt comfortable to join the others even if we were newbies. Everyone was also patient with Keisha especially when she was struggling to follow some moves. The tips and instructions they gave helped her a lot. We also had fun meeting other moms and kids online! Thank you @milophilippines for this one-of-kind Saturday afternoon. We had a blast! Now, we are more excited and motivated to continue our champion journey at home. Found a new way to spice up one of my favorite dishes, Bistek Tagalog. This time, I used Knorr Liquid Seasoning as a secret ingredient to make my beef steak more flavorful. I’m happy to know that this product is more than just a sawsawan or a topper. Its unique flavor that perfectly combines salty, sweet, savoury and umami taste, makes this recipe extra special. By the way, I used the recipe of @panlasangpinoy in making this which is part of the Pop. Patak. Pinasarap: The Panlasang Pinoy Top 10 Most-Watched-Recipes Upgrade series with @knorrph. It’s a fun, active day for Keisha and I! Because finally, she tried volleyball for the very first time. She attended the #MILOSportsClinicsOnline (MSCO) with @thebestcenter (IG) / @BESTCENTERSPORTS (FB) and she enjoyed learning the basic defensive stances for volleyball. Check link here/link in my bio: bit.ly/msco-volleyball. According to the coach, it’s important to learn how to properly receive the ball. She also learned how to balance the ball on her forearm, do front lunges, and control the ball. While watching the online session on YouTube, my knowledge about volleyball was refreshed since I used to be a volleyball player. That’s why I’m very happy that my daughter’s showing interest in learning this sport I grew up in! We did this activity before Keisha attended her online class. It’s nice to see how she’s gaining more focus in her subjects, thanks to MSCO and from drinking her favorite breakfast drink - @milophilippines. Iba talaga ang nagagawa ng physical activity and sports sa kids, because they also learn character-forming values like discipline, confidence, and teamwork! We’re excited for the next session. The biggest blessing in my life is my FAMILY. I know most of you are aware of that. I am truly grateful to have a loving husband, a caring daughter and an adorable son. When times get tough, pamilya ko talaga ang strength ko. And I will forever rejoice the kind of love and relationship that we have. That’s why I always want them to be healthy and protected, most especially this time. On a daily basis, I make sure to serve them nutritious food and give them an extra armor of protection which is Cecon. I make it a habit for us to drink our vitamins daily.
