Physique Update - Currently hovering over 190 lbs consistently. I’ve been taking more of a old-school bodybuilding approach to my workout routine and, overall, the workout sessions have been very effective and progressional. I’ve definitely put on a decent amount of fat in the past couple of months and I’m highly anticipating the shred for this upcoming summer. - Also feel free to DM me with any nutritional/weightlifting type questions, and I’ll do my best to answer them, and give you any tips if need be.
Started out with incline curls with 25 pound DB then I went straight into hammer curls with the chains and did that until failure. - Make sure to follow @pauldavis.fit
A few leg progression pictures, I’ve been really pushing myself lately and getting really good workouts in because of it. Everything starts in your head so if you’re in the right place mentally than you’re going to be more inclined to do better physically so, get all of the shit out of your head when you walk through the gym doors and start mentally preparing yourself for your workout.
Weighing a solid 195 currently. Finally hit 3 plates on bench so that’s a huge pr. I’ll be trying to get more lifting footage to post on this page soon.
Progress update ❗️weighing about 180 lbs consistently now, trying to put on as much muscle but keep as much fat off as possible. Planning on cutting back down once I get to 200, 180 will most likely be my stage weight if things go as planned . - Make sure to give my buddy @becker__fit a foloow
due to some lower back pain ive been going a little lighter with squat and deadlift. I hit 225x 12 for 3 sets before the 135 x30. definitely could still feel my back but could push myself alot more than if i went heavy . - make sure to stretch and foam roll, helps a ton with recovery and injury prevention - make sure to give my buddy @becker__fit a follow
