Core and abs circuit 🤩 Had some pwo from @womensbest to wake myself up abs then I did abs and hiit cardio🔥 Quick yet affective! 30 sec on/10 sec rest between exercises! 1️⃣High plank w shoulder taps 2️⃣Plank 3️⃣Alternating leg raises 4️⃣Hollow hold ⏸ rest 1 min 🔄5 rounds Press your spine to the ground and engaging the core while laying on your back. Set your glutes on fire with these after your leg workout!🔥 The resistance band is from @womensbest and I use the resistance ‘light’ here. As I’ve said before, resistance bands are amazing for glute activation 😍🙏🏽 you don’t need to do “super new fancy influencer workouts”, simple and traditional works just as well if not even better 🙏🏽 Contact is KEYYYY 🔑 So after my leg workout including squats, hip thrusts and lunges I did these in a circuit: 🔄 4 rounds 1️⃣20 reps slow goblet squats 2️⃣20 reps pushing squats (8 pulses) 3️⃣20 glute bridges No rest These are ofc also great as a warm up and glute activation 😃 Don’t forget to leave a like🥰 #womensbest #glutetraining #resistancebands #legworkout
