UPDATE 👉🏽 I started @sneakersforheroes back in April to facilitate sneaker donations, as a way to express gratitude (& comfort) to the healthcare community for their tireless fight on the frontlines of COVID-19. Over the summer I teamed up with @everlane to deliver 5,000 pairs of trainers to 10 hospitals nationwide (tagged above) and the response has been tremendous. The giveaway went so well that we’re doing it again!! This time @everlane has pledged to donate ***10,000*** pairs!! If you know of a hospital in need please e-mail sneakersforheroes(at)Gmail.com. 🙏🏽 #healthcareheroes #sneakersforheroes #everlane

Anyone else watching @usopen nonstop this weekend?? 🎾 Flashback to one year ago today, being in a packed stadium cheering on the 🐐@serenawilliams #usopen
Currently pretending I’m at a chic Parisian cafe 😆 — loving how much @lomlicoffee single steeped coffee bags elevate my daily ☕️ experience. . . . . Congrats to my girl @donnadetox for launching her own brand (mid-pandemic) 👏🏽 #lomlicoffee #cafecoffee #singlesteepedcoffee
So grateful for the ability to slow down last weekend and take in these views...😍 The older I get the more I realize the importance of taking regular breaks from the hustle of NYC to be still and recharge.

Our first date night not involving a couch or sweatpants since March 😚
Happy Juneteenth!!! ❤️🖤💚 Today, my sister and I joined hundreds of other protestors marching silently through Harlem to the Seneca Village Site in the first ever Juneteenth March on Seneca. For those who don’t know, Seneca Village was a wealthy, predominantly African-American owned community that was destroyed to expand Central Park in 1857. Many of the landowners were barely compensated for their loss. Today we honored them and so many others who have been denied freedom. #marchonseneca #juneteenthcelebration
It’s my 31st birthday today!!! 🎈🎂🍾& I’m feeling so grateful for my incredible boyfriend, friends and family who showered me with love this weekend. Truthfully, with everything going on in the world, I wasn’t expecting much of a celebration this year but it ended up being one of the most intimate, memorable and special birthdays yet. Thanks to everyone for the well wishes 💗 this gemini is very happy today.
06.02.20👆🏽Yesterday protests were held in *ALL* 50 states. I’m proud to have marched peacefully alongside a unified and diverse group LOUDLY demanding justice for victims of police brutality. I can’t help but think back to 2014, when I attended my first @blklivesmatter protest. It was a small crowd that fit comfortably in a nook of Union Square, lacking non-Black participation and barely publicized. To see the transformation in a few years is remarkable and I’m thankful for all the protestors who put their well-being on the line to fight for change. #blacklivesmatter
Black Lives Matter - This is my extended family. Everyday, I fear for the Black men in my life. When I watch the video of George Floyd, I see my brother, father, uncles, cousins, and friends. We live with the constant anxiety that there is nothing that we can do if they are in the wrong place at the wrong time. This may feel like a “hot topic” but it’s not, it’s haunted our families and community for generations. Whether you relate to this feeling or not, take the time to educate yourself and acknowledge your privilege. If you don’t know what to do, reach out to your Black friends and ask. Be conscious about what you are posting. You have the power to impact your sphere of reach. Include resources and action where people can sign petitions or make donations. Do something. ❤️ #useyourprivilege #speakup
A snap from my walk this AM ☀️ there’s something about putting on activewear first thing in the morning [ this set is from @newbalancewomen x @staud.clothing ] that keeps me accountable to move my body at some point during the day. #nbxstaud
