Look out for sneaky sugars 🕵️‍♀️  When you think of a healthy brekkie, it’s easy to assume that granola made out of oats, dried fruit, nuts and seeds is a step in the right direction. BUT we’re here to remind you to turn over that box of store-bought cereal and gasp at just how much sugar gets thrown into the mix. I mean you may as well eat a slice of chocolate cake at 7am, that’s far more extravagant. The good news is you can have your cake and eat it too (not literally soz, well unless it’s one of our muffins) with our crunchy cacao-nut clusters. Packed with healthy fats and plant protein, sprinkle on top of smoothie bowls, greek yoghurt or whipped coconut cream as an after dinner treat 🤤. Super simple, super tasty 5 ingredient cauliflower gnocchi! 🙌 Gina from @healthylittlevittles shows us you don’t have to be a professional to whip up a bowl of pillowy, melt in your mouth crispy on the outside gnocchi. Using cauliflower, potato, parmesan, minced garlic and cassava flour, make a big batch and freeze to help a gal/guy out when you’re short on prep time in the week. #iquitsugar

FREE RECIPE: Peach season incoming! 🍑 And to celebrate we’re giving you a free naturally-sweet and juicy recipe using ingredients you’ll find hanging around the pantry. Bulk buy a big tray of in season peaches and freeze them for later experimentations. Bake A Dump N Run Peach Cobbler A family dessert . . . or breakfast? SERVES 4 8 peaches, sliced 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour pinch of sea salt 60 g butter, diced 1/2 cup full-fat organic plain yoghurt 4 sprigs thyme Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Dump the peaches in a baking dish or large skillet. Place the flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Add the butter and rub it in with your fingertips until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add the yoghurt and stir to create a rough dough. Roll the dough into balls and drop them over the peaches. Scatter over the thyme sprigs. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until bubbling around the edges and golden brown on top. Will keep in the fridge for 4–5 days or the freezer for 1 month. Hi guys! Ash from @pepcreative here 👋 I just wanted to drop in and let you know that my team and I will be stepping into Meg's old shoes and joining Sarah to chat and interact with you wonderful IQS folks, and boy are we excited. I myself have been following the sugar free diet for over eight years now after being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease, and a heap of other health issues back in 2012. It’s fair to say it’s helped my life immensely and I’ve been following IQS for a long time, which makes me even more passionate about the brand @_sarahwilson_ has created. A bit about us? Well, I’m @ashlitempler, the founder and director of Melbourne based ideation and social media agency @pepcreative, and I work alongside creatives and big foodies Georgie AKA @birchbowl, namely because she eats everything out of a bowl and plant based food connoisseur @natalliejean. We love: food, particularly a brunch masterpiece...we are from Melbourne after all, plus travelling, sustainability, being creative and stepping outside the square.
