A year ago if you’d have told me I’d barely be using these shoes on the right and I’d even own a pair of cycling shoes, I would have said you’re crazy...but the pandemic has altered our fitness regiment just like everything else. We still squat and deadlift and clean but there is way mor running and cycling and dumbbell work. The important thing...keep doing something! #iamprojectx #fitnessfoodfun
