Night cravings after these yummy raw ‘cookie dough’ balls half covered in dark chocolate and roasted coconut flakes 🤤💫 All you need: 1 can of chickpeas (240g) washes and drained 6 pitted medjol dates 4 tbsp peanut butter 2 tbsp melted coconut oil 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp vanilla A pinch of salt 2 pieces of dark chocolate Extra - if you want to cover them with chocolate and coconut: 2 pieces of dark chocolate 1/2 cup of roasted coconut flakes Pour all the ingredients, except the dark chocolate, in a food processor and blend well until the consistency is smooth. Pour the mixture in a bowl. Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and pour it in the bowl and stir gently together with the dough. Roll the dough into small balls and set them in the fridge for 1 hour. If you want to coat them in chocolate you need to melt two pieces of dark chocolate. Dip half of the ball in the chocolate and cover with roasted coconut flakes. When all of them are done set back in the fridge for 10 min. Take out and enjoy 🤎 (They are best stored in the fridge afterwards).

Was scrolling through my pictures the other day and found this oatmeal bowl. It’s so fun to look back at them and reflect on how much I’ve done and learned the past years. May there be many more 🙌🏼 Happy Sunday 🤍

Yesterday’s breakfast pancakes 🥞😍 These was made of - 2 tbsp oats (blended into flour) - 1 banana - 2 eggs - 4 tbsp vanilla soy milk Blend all the ingredients together well. Fry on a middle heated pan in coconut oil. Serve with your favorite toppings. I served mine with skyr, mango blended, passion fruit and dark chocolate 💛

I really love a good poached egg and rye bread with spinach leaves, hummus and avo 🤤 Happy Sunday my loves!

The other day I prepped my breakfast the night before and that’s exactly what I love about chia pudding! It takes so little time but tastes ohh so delicious 🤤 I’ve made this chia pudding so many times before and all you need is: - 2 tbsp chia seeds - 2 dl coconut milk - 2 dl vanilla skyr Stir all the ingredients together well. Pour in a glass and add your favorite toppings, let in stay overnight in the fridge and enjoy the next morning 💫 I added peanut butter on the sides of the glass, mashed raspberries to mix in, fresh raspberries, figs, some more peanut butter (because you can obviously not get enough) and a little bit of 80% dark chocolate 💘 I also like to makes these as a healthier dessert. So if your in for it you can without guilt eat your dessert for breakfast 😉

Every day should start with your favorite cup of coffee ☕️ This delicious cup was my iced coffee made on oat milk, ice cubes and an espresso shot, very simple ❄️ This might be the last cold coffee before I only switch to warmer choices 💘
