I don't know about you but so often I feel like I'm falling behind or I should be doing more. I feel like I should be putting out more content, doing more in my business, putting more effort into relationships or having more balance. Sometime this feeling consumes me 😣 I was journaling about this on the beach yesterday & then wrote "what if exactly what I'm doing & how I am doing it IS ENOUGH. It was ALWAYS ENOUGH, how would I feel then?" I got a bit emotional when I wrote this & felt a sense of calm. I think we can all agree that we are our biggest critics & often would never treat others how we treat ourselves. feeling overwhelmed? not enough? READ THAT AGAIN. sit with that feeling...
