Tune in tonight to see @andyallencooks play the most convincing weird uncle you never had. Also, @zonfrillo as a cantankerous old chap, and what I’ll look like when I’m 100. All the fun, cool kids and inspiring cooking, 7.30pm on @channel10au @jrmasterchefau @masterchefau!

Asian breakfasts are the best breakfasts.

The red earth, peaceful silence and the expansive grandeur of the Australian desert is real life magic. I can’t wait to get back out to the Flinders Ranges and our red centre. #escapesnaps @escape.com.au

One thing I learned from the late, great Margaret Fulton, is an appreciation for oysters, eaten with bread and butter. These simple pleasures are a constant comfort in times like these, or any, really. 🦪

I am missing NSW so much right now. Lockdown days in a Melbourne are up and down, and today is the latter. So thank you even more so, @east33sydney for a brand new spring season taste of home. Sydney Rocks are some of the finest oysters in the world, and if I may be so bold, 2020 can get shucked.

I am thrilled to have kicked off the global launch last week as an ambassador for @nescafefarmersorigins_anz: Nescafé’s first ever coffee capsules, made for your Nespresso machine. Sustainably and responsibly sourced, and fully recyclable via Nespresso Boutiques, they’re a delicious way to drink quality coffee at home... and channel some of the world’s best coffee-growing regions, like India, Brazil and Africa into your everyday! Available now exclusively at @colessupermarkets #nescafefarmersorigins

I’m not a morning person. Doing a lot of breakfast radio interviews lately is challenging, but a freshly baked cookie and a cup of tea helps. ☕️ 🍪

Cooking and characters to rival any season of regular @masterchefau? Yep, and plenty of cuteness and lols, to boot! It’s our very first @jrmasterchefau elimination night. Come for the exceptional cooking, stay to watch @andyallencooks chase @zonfrillo with jam hands! 7.30pm TONIGHT, on @channel10au and catch up on @10playau.

As a kid, I was obsessed with school bake sale treats like honey joys, lamingtons and chocolate crackles and classic Aussie biscuits. We had a glass cookie jar in the shape of a hippopotamus, and we were allowed to dip into it if we were good. So I made sure I was REALLY good, all the time! My favourites were the iced vovos - that combination of squishy marshmallow covered in a snowfall of coconut, the jammy bit down the middle, the sweet biscuit base. Nostalgia is such a powerful ingredient in good food and these babies make me as happy now as the originals did when I was little. @kokoblackchocolate have recreated all these and more.. a tiny bit fancier, but no less fun! #KokoBlack #AustralianClassics
