The cutest mini pancakes thrown into a bowl with a drizzle of maple syrup & fresh berries. Last nights dinner was delicious! Panko crusted cod fish, a mixed green salad tossed in @primalkitchenfoods balsamic vinaigrette & garlic herb potatoes from @littlepotatoco 😍 The fish was so easy to make! 1.5 lbs of cod fish cut into pieces 2 egg, beaten 1 cup of @sprouts Panko bread crumbs 1/2 cup of all purpose flour @chosenfoods Avocado oil for frying 1/2 tsp of salt 1 tsp of garlic powder Directions: - Make sure you pat dry the cod with a paper towel. Add salt & pepper to fish prior to coating it with the Panko for more flavor. -Set up an assembly line with the flour on one plate, eggs in a bowl and combine panko, salt and garlic in another plate. -Coat fish in flour, dip in egg and then press into panko to coat. Repeat until all fish is coated. -Heat up a pan over medium heat. Add avocado oil and add fish. Flip until golden brown & fully cooked. Better than Starbucks Egg white bites! 1 carton of @chinovalleyranchers organic liquid egg whites 1/2 cup of diced red bell peppers 1/3 cup of shredded colby jack cheese 1 cup of ground sage pork 1 cup packed of chopped spinach Salt & pepper to taste (optional) . Directions: Preheat oven to 350ºF . Cook pork on the stove top until brown. Drain fat on a paper towel & let it cool for 5-10 mins. Cut veggies & shred cheese. In a medium bowl add the egg whites, bell peppers, cheese, pork & spinach. Whisk together & add egg mixture to a muffin pan. I use a silicone pan to prevent sticking. Fill each cavity 3/4 of the way full. Bake for 27 mins or until the egg mixture is fully cooked. Makes 10-12 muffins. Jumping into the weekend with this delicious appetizer 😍 Crostini with Ricotta & Pesto 🌱 . I used @sprouts Extra Virgin Olive Oil Of California to make this recipe. The perfect mild olive oil blend dominated by sweet and fresh aromas of red apples, vanilla, & tropical fruits. It is ideal for making sauces, drizzling over salads, roasting vegetables & seafood! Recipe: 1/2 cup of @sprouts Extra Virgin olive oil of California 1 cup of basil leaves 1 cup of spinach leaves 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan 1/4 cup of pine nuts 2 garlic cloves Juice of 1 lemon Salt & pepper to taste Directions: Add all ingredients to a food processor & blend. Using a silicone spatula scrape the sides & blend again until smooth. . You will need one french baguette. Slice it at an angle 1 1/2 inch-2in thick. Brush with olive oil & place on a cast iron skillet to toast.
