I wanted to come on here today to speak the truth about that, because many people need to know they are not alone. If you have gone through anything in life, and chosen to go down the path of documenting it to save other people’s lives- you are brave. Remember that even at your lowest moments, you have survived. You have succeeded. You have made it THIS FAR. While some people are very good building others up, a few are even better at tearing others down to bring themselves up. You have not gotten this far, gone through this much, and fought for a voice for SO LONG, to have someone sweep in to take all of it from you. YOU DESERVE MORE. How delicious is BANANA, LEMON and BLUEBERRY in baking & breakfasts?! 😋💙🍋 These pancakes have nourishing ingredients including healthy fats from the flax meal and vitamin C from the lemon + blueberries 😍 ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ These pancakes are egg free and can be made vegan with maple syrup. Pair them with Greek yoghurt or make with soy milk for a boost of protein 🤗⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INGREDIENTS (serves 1-2):⠀ • 1/2 cup oats⠀ • 1 tbsp flax meal⠀ • 1/2 large ripe banana⠀ • 1/2 cup milk (I used almond)⠀ • 2tsp lemon juice⠀ • 1-2 tsp honey (can sub maple syrup)⠀ • handful of blueberries⠀ • coconut oil or light EVOO, to cook⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ METHOD:⠀ 1️⃣ In a blender, grind oats and flax into a powder.⠀ 2️⃣ Add the banana, milk, lemon juice and honey, and blend again. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes (it will thicken up from the flax).⠀ 3️⃣ Start adding spoonfuls of batter to a pan on low-medium heat (lightly coated w/oil), using the spoon to make each pancake round.⠀ 4️⃣ Place a few blueberries onto each pancake and gently press down. Flip when edges turn brown.⠀ 5️⃣ Transfer to a plate, pair with toppings of choice, and ENJOY 🥰⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🙋‍♀️ Let me know — what toppings would you add? Surreal moment today as my cousin and I reenact a photo from 2016. I was one month into my journey and down around 30 lb. I'll never forget being caught off-guard when my cousin's husband told us to look his way for a photo. He was not versed on Noelle and the full body photos 📷 being a big No No! "It’s still always really embarrassing for me to post pictures of myself from my “𝘣𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦”... I post them for my own accountability though and also because I know so many people here are in the same boat that I was & I really hope I inspire at least one person to take a leap into their own journey. 💜⁣ . 𝘓𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘮𝘦:⁣ -Extremely unhappy with my physical appearance which made me internally suffer. (I don’t care if you have a differing opinion than me or tell me I should have embraced that body- I was not happy with it and I knew I deserved more for myself- HEALTH. Having a very high BMI is not healthy. Sorry. Also I didn’t feel comfortable in my own skin or sexy AT ALL)⁣ -Wanting change but not knowing HOW to approach the situation. I didn’t know what workouts to do- I was stuck at home with kids and couldn’t go to a gym (not like that would help because... again did not know what to do).⁣ -I didn’t know how to properly fuel my body and I really fucking love 𝐩𝐢𝐳𝐳𝐚 and chocolate guys but had zero idea how to balance cheats as treats.⁣ -I had no community to support me. I’m alone AF. Yes I have a very supportive fiancé who could give me all the advice in the world but also I needed some female support. I needed women in my corner who were dealing with it too. And I am so lucky to have found them.⁣ ⁣ If you are dealing with any of the above- I have the solution. 💜 We are here to help. ⁣ ⁣ And this is just progress for me. This is not a before & after. I’m no where NEAR my max potential. But there’s just about a year between these photos and I have not quit on myself ONCE. And it’s because of the community we have built." .
