After today’s workout with @osmancarroll, I was feeling blessed and thankful to God for the ability to move. It got me thinking about the past when working out was a chore and making better food choices was non-existent. The times I would avoid taking pictures. And secretly binge Zinger cupcakes in gas station parking lots… I’ll NEVER regret those moments - they make moments like today even more valuable. I share this so that others know, CHANGE IS POSSIBLE. Little by little, day by day, moment by moment… Here’s to a lifetime of health! Boom.
