I’m always drawn to water 💦 I’ve take advantage of the time off I’ve had while recovering from my surgery.... and have hit the beach 🏖 twice last week ....... once with a friend + once with the family ———— and since it’s October - and I still have 2 weeks left of recovery ——- I think WATER needs to be in my life tomorrow —— By My Self ——- A Book + and a Bag to cover my Boot 🥾 . I’m feeling blessed to live in Socal and am appreciating the warm sun ☀️ as Ling as I can. ✌🏼

I may or may not be making a comeback. . I’ve spent the last 3 weeks taking care of myself after having surgery 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗺𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗹𝗲 I will be back at work on my feet in 2 Weeks and I’m planning my comeback. It’s been years since I have sat and planned and 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 - 𝗮 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗺𝗲! My plan is to head back to this page for my 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬 Which will include - My Own Plan using the #75hardchallenge as a guide - I will be calling it #75hardish and don’t care if I’m judged. + 2 - 45min Workouts a Day (One Peleton workout on my soon to be delivered @onepeloton) + 1 #mbf workout a day for the length of the program (Workouts will also be swapped out with Tennis 🎾 and Hockey) + 1/2 my body weight in H2O + 10 pages of Non-Fiction book + Following a Nutritional Plan All in one day............. It’s my Monday! Why? • I am an OR nurse who works 3 12 hour shifts in a row. So Friday is my Friday 😝🙌🏼 • I love working 12s because it allows me to spend my days off doing my two favorite things. • Spend quality time with my daughters and husband AND build a business. • My goal in building business is not to quit my Nursing Job —- I ACTUALLY DID THAT ALREADY 😝☕️💖 • So why do I chose to do this? • My answer - WHY NOT?!? • There are 24 hours in a day, how you spend it is KEY. • I choose to spend it learning and applying what I’ve learned to build something I would have never thought I could. • So really I do it to prove to myself that I can ☕️ • Are you a business owner? Happy St Patrick’s Day - I won’t be Green Beering it today 🤨- it’s my Work Saturday. • What I do want is some corned beef and cabbage! This used to be the one thing I begged my mom to make. It’s so easy to get off course 😝 • Easy distractions (good distractions) can pull you off the course of your daily “good for you” tasks☑️ • Last night I laid out my goals for 90 days☑️ • I created 3 BUCKETs of projects🙌🏼 • I created small “rocks” to accomplish this projects💍 • And a Task a day to make it happen - EVEN when I have to work • Today at lunch, it was 10 minutes of a good read and my one task!🤙🏼 • Is this your sign you need to get yourself back on track?👉🏼

Rainy Day = Grown Turkey Bubble Up!! You guys this is so easy to make and THIS WHOLE TRAY is only 17 #weightwatcherssmartpoints • This momma needs super easy STICK to the plan food as I have gotten very little sleep as always late in the week. • Tomorrow will be for RESTING! • The great thing is since starting this eating plan since Jan - Jeremy and I have been enjoying ourselves out and when we need to pull back the reigns we are! • The scale for me has been way down and then way up but I am back down because I have been back in control. • Feeling good in my skin today ✌🏼🍕

When you see this as a sign to STOP 🛑 and take a deep breath • I ran out of the house in a panick, I forgot my Work ID and was a bit stressed and then as I was getting in my car 🚗- THIS. • It was like I was in a trance • I stopped and did exactly that I TOOK A DEEP BREATH! • I love when the Universe smacks you in the face like this! • Did you see this sky this morning?

Treating yourself 💕 • It’s that time of the month and I actually picked so many extras on this months #fabfitfun box 📦 • I’m in love with every single product that I have ever gotten in these boxes. • They are full size - NOT CHEAP - HIGH QUALITY- products. • This quarter I even ordered some of the same products I had received in past boxes only different colors and styles. • For me I feel feminine and more like a women when I open the box. • After being a tomboy my whole life it’s like Christmas for me. • Where are my other Tomboys out there?
