Could’ve have said it better 👌🏻🥩🥑 Deliciousness 😋 Repost• @food.lies It’s amazing what a small shift in food choice can make I eat the bottom version many times per week and I’m never wishing I had a bun or fries I’m enjoying an amazing meal and (as I always say) fist pumping as I eat One of my MAIN GOALS is to let people know they can eat delicious food and be healthy I believe 95% of the world doesn’t understand the HUGE difference between these 2 meals It’s actually pretty amazing when you look at them side by side and realize you can eat one every day and end up like 88% of Americans who are obese, sick, or metabolically unwell Or eat the other every day and be a healthy, strong, and satisfied BEAST
2020 status update: 89 kg which is just 1 kilo heavier than my usual weight. But remember that scales are not an accurate measurement of your muscle mass or fat percentage. Take photos regularly and compare. 📸 See which parts of your body need improvement and focus on it more. Your goal is not to be huge but to building an overall aesthetic figure. What body part do you want to improve? 💪🏻

Read. Research. Never stop learning. We spend so much time and money on others but barely on ourselves. You realize you don’t know about something? Research it. You wanna learn about nutrition? Educate yourself. Make your new year’s resolution to dedicate 10-60 minutes learning about something you’re interested in. Resolutions don’t necessarily have to be something that you’ve never done before. Don’t buy into that crap. Are you better than you were yesterday? Yes?
