So excited to get back to work (from home still)✌🏽 Preparing for a week of live classes and something really cool for the month of Ramadan! Stay tuned and follow @thetwotwenty for all the details! Have a good night 🌙🤗
To be honest, I thought yoga would make the perfect form of prenatal exercise for me but it’s not what my body needs right now. I miss my practice a lot and I do my meditation and breathing exercises everyday. But the things I’m enjoying the most are a mixture of barre, Pilates and functional training. I’m also walking a lot and doing random online videos 🤷🏽♀️ They give me strength, confidence and endorphins! All I need right now! So this is just a reminder to do your thing, listen to your body and be open to change!
This is my go to oatmeal😋 - Oats with water - Frozen berries - Banana 🍌- Almond butter Optional: Cinnamon, seeds, honey, coconut milk How do you like your oats?
The one thing I genuinely miss is being @thetwotwenty 💔
Tried @fayrouzneid ‘s no heat curly hair routine and I’m obsessed with the results! It’s officially a no heat quarantine 😻 #hair #naturalcurls #noheat
Quarantine calories or 4 months pregnant? 🤷🏽♀️
Throwback to a moment of serenity I remember very clearly ☀️💦
Here’s a thought I’ve had for a few days now. The internet is flooded with home workouts and live classes which I personally think is a spectacular thing. People are sharing their routines, inspiring each other and definitely trying to make the best out of the current situation. On the other hand, I also wanted to point out that it’s okay not to be working out. I sensed a lot of people who can’t/don’t work out for any physical or mental reasons are feeling some sort of pressure. That because so many are doing it, they should be doing it too. Then when they don’t, they feel guilty and it all goes downhill from there. If the hype is causing you anxiety, I feel you and I totally understand. You don’t have to do anything. If cooking, painting, singing, writing or watching movies is what you feel like doing, do not for one second feel bad about it. There are days where we all just want to sit on the couch and do nothing. It’s all okay. Mental health matters. Hope this made sense ✌🏽
