I created this look using some new products from @lookfantastic and I was so so impressed ( see my stories for an in-depth chat through them & links ) they’ve also given me a discount code “20GRACE” exclusions apply but it’s the perfect time to treat yourself, pop some items on your Santa list or start your Christmas shopping ♥️ I’d love to know what you think of this look or if you’ve tried the products I’ve mentioned 🤫 spot the swatches on my hand 🤪
Sunday Brunch’n 🍳🥓🥞 lovely morning spent at the new terrace at @thealexdublin they invited us in to try out their new menu and it’s was delicious. I had the Alex wellington, highly recommend it 🤤 The mimosas are fab too 🥂🥣
Instagram vs Reality 🤣🤣🤣
The more life throws at us, the more resilient we become. ♥️ My Heart, My World 🌍 My Everything ♥️ Live every day like it’s your last, don’t take anything for granted and show the ones you love just how much you care ✨
“ Let them judge you. Let them misunderstand you. Let them gossip about you. Their opinions aren’t your problems. You stay kind, committed to love and free in your authenticity. No matter what they do or say, don’t you doubt your worth or the beauty of your truth. Just keep shining like you always do!” 🤍
AD ~ Yesterday myself & Chris had the pleasure of meeting Louis Copeland & browsing around his beautiful store on Capel St. Louis Copeland & Sons is known for their beautifully tailored suits and formal wear, they also have an amazing smart casual range. It’s so sophisticated, stylish and has a real Italian look to it. Chris tried on some of the pieces and you can see them on my stories. The quality of their clothes is unbelievable. I couldn’t get over how soft & luxurious everything was. They have an amazing service, you can use their fitting rooms & the clothes are then take off the shop floor and steamed and left for a few days before they are put back out. They also offer an online zoom personal shopping experience which I think is such a clever way to shop during these times. It was such a lovely morning and I was so honoured to be there and work with such a prestigious brand. They also have an online store where you can order from I’ve link in my stories @louiscopeland_and_sons
Making it normal to talk about my mental health & teaching my daughter to always be kind is so so important to me. Fair play to @aoibhedevlin for asking us to take part in #itscooltobekind and text PH4 to 50300 to donate €4 to @pieta.house share your selfie and practice what you preach, you never know the other persons struggles or what problems they are facing. Always be kind, it costs nothing ♥️ spread the word this #worldmentalhealthday
Tomorrow is #WorldMentalHealthDay2020 and to bring some awareness to the day, I just thought I’d share a snippet of my journey with my mental health. As you might know, I am quiet open about my struggles and what I’ve been through in the past. I’ve struggled terribly with anxiety throughout my life and have had serious periods of depression. One of my toughest times was when I was living with friends in Australia. I had never felt so low, so alone and had the worst and darkest thoughts of my life. It was at the point I knew I needed serious professional help. I left Oz with my best friends, flew home to be with my family and went to see my GP and a psychologist. It was the beginning of my journey to understanding what was wrong and why I was feeling that way. Still to this day I have moments & periods of anxiety & depression but they have never reached the level they did in Australia. I still see my therapist on a regular basis, speak to family and friends when I’m feeling low and do things that I’ve learnt through therapy to keep myself feeling healthy and happy. I’m honoured to support @pieta.house for World Mental Health Day and to help bridge the gap during this restrictive time, Pieta have just launched a new free video counselling service that will provide additional support along with their phone therapy and ‘in-person’ counselling service. I know from personal experience that it’s so important to talk to someone if you are struggling and Pieta’s 24/7 service is always there to help. #WorldMentalHealthDay2020 #WMHD2020
