10 WEEK CHALLENGE RESULTS 😍💪 Last challenge done for the year and yet again more amazing results 🤩 Very proud of everyone who completed this challenge, congrats for investing in yourselves and your health. Over the last 10 weeks they did 3 virtual group training sessions a week while following a flexible dieting approach meaning they ate pastas, pizza and ice cream (while still dropping body fat). As gyms began to reopen some started training in the gym again but many still trained from home with minimal equipment. Feeling so blessed to be surrounded by this amazing and supportive lil community 🥰 This year started out pretty shit for many of us but these challenges and especially the beautiful people in them have kept me going and what we have built is incredible 😍 so so lucky to do what I do and work with these amazing people who constantly uplift each other and are so positive and hard working. The 10 week challenges are not just a 10 week program where u shred and then put it back on once it ends. It is a chance to learn how to integrate healthy habits into your daily life and continue doing so after the 10 weeks is over. I don't promote fad diets or quick fixes. I promote living a healthy and balanced lifestyle where you can enjoy foods you love, maintain a social life and still see body composition results. My goal is to educate on nutrition, tracking your intake, making healthier decisions and training optimally so you can live a healthy, enjoyable and balanced life. Giving others the tools to do this and watching them transform mentally and physically is why I love doing what I do. Cheers to finishing the year on a massive high and turning a negative into a positive! I cannot wait to share everyone's amazing results soon 🥂😍
