Also check @foodtipz . It’s time for pumpkin oatmeal! 🧑 Pumpkin is really high in beta-carotene which is converted into vitamin A and also contains vitamin C and K, potassium and other important minerals, so it’s amazing to pimp your oats with it! 😊 Adding pumpkin puree also makes the oatmeal super creamy and thick 🧑 just cook around 1/3 cup of pumpkin puree with your usual oats in some plantbased milk, add a dash of cinnamon and maple syrup and it’s ready to eat! . . I bought loots of green bananas yesterday and now I have to wait for them to ripen until I can make nicecream again πŸ˜‚πŸ˜ ..they only had green ones. Make sure to wait until the bananas have brown spots before freezing them. That way you get extra sweet nicecream! ✌🏻 . Credit: @fitomatoes

Add the first 3 ingredients into a food processor and blend them until creamy. Then add in the vanilla and cinnamon and blend some more just to incorporate them. * If you have more mango, you can replace the bananas with it, the nicecream will still have the best texture.
