I bought loots of green bananas yesterday and now I have to wait for them to ripen until I can make nicecream again 😂😭 ..they only had green ones. It’s like having a bowl of sunshine 🙂 Recipe 👇 Ingredients: •1 frozen banana • 1 banana • 1 tin drained peaches • 1cup frozen mango • 1/4 cup oats • 6-8 dried apricots • 1 tsp ginger • 1tbsp honey Method: Blend the frozen banana, peaches and mango. Then add the ginger and honey. Give another mix before transferring to a bowl. For the topping slice a banana and chop the dried apricots and sprinkle the oats over. Also check @foodtipz . MANGO PERSIMMON NICECREAM ♡ 120 g frozen mango* ♡ 2 small frozen bananas ♡ 190 g frozen persimmon ♡ 1/4 tsp Mellow yellow superfoods mix ♡ splash of vanilla extract . Add the first 3 ingredients into a food processor and blend them until creamy. Then add in the vanilla and cinnamon and blend some more just to incorporate them. * If you have more mango, you can replace the bananas with it, the nicecream will still have the best texture. Starting with some super refreshing mango ginger overnight oats after a workout, and lots of chaos in the kitchen after spilling half a bag of quinoa on the floor 😳 those little balls are impossible to clean up 😅😅😅 here’s the recipe for the oats: 1 cup oats 1 cup chopped mango 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder (less if you don’t like them too spicy) 1 tablespoon maple syrup 2 tablespoons chia seeds 500ml plant based mylk Combine all your ingredients in a large container and mix well.
