I will cherish these photos forever. We took these a while back with @hourglasscosmetics for their Eye to Eye campaign, but I’m now finally able to share with you guys. I had no idea that these photos would be the last photo I would ever take with Mignon. We think about him everyday and miss him so much. 🥺 Thank you @markseliger for capturing this special moment at home (virtually), and thank you @hourglasscosmetics for always thinking about our animal friends and raising awareness around animal rights. This little one has been my rock these past few weeks. So grateful for her unconditional love and spirit more than ever. Her compassion, patience, and love gave me the strength I needed during these times. Thank you all for your kind and thoughtful comments and messages in regards to Mignon’s passing. I feel blessed to have such a supportive community here that I can be so vulnerable with and can turn to during these hard times. Being able to share with you big moments but also the heartbreaks that come with life. Thank you guys and I love you all 🙏🏻 I also share on stories the last few moments Chloé and mignon experienced together. It’s something that she will never forget and hold in her heart forever 🙏🏻

When mignon first met Chloé he would just lay next to her, lay on her, and would ALWAYS just be by her side. We always knew he had a closeness with Chloé, but we didn’t realize how much until he passed away right next to her (she was in her virtual class when this happened). Chloé didn’t realize as he was just laying next to her like he always does. He wanted to be by her side from the beginning til the end 🥺 Mignon passed away 2 weeks ago due to some health complications. It has been a really hard past few weeks for us and our hearts have been shattered. This is our first experience losing an animal friend, and we honestly didn’t expect it to be this hard. He was our first child even before the girls came into our lives. Mignon came into our lives and taught us about love, and now that he has departed us he has taught us about loss. Thank you Mignon for all the memories. You will live in our hearts forever. We love you Mignon and are thinking about you every day and miss you so much 🥺.
