I make a variation of tacos - I kid you not - 2-3 times every week. They’re so easy to make and no recipe is needed! These are quinoa based served in @sietefoods cashew shells with a simple homemade guacamole, mango salsa, lots of spices (chipotle, cumin, garlic & onion powder), avocado oil and apple cider vinegar. The next day I take all the leftovers and throw them over greens with some extra oil, vinegar, and salt (which is pretty much how I “grow” every meal to make sure it’s enough food to get through another meal).
We spent the last week on our baby moon (21 weeks!) and celebrating our anniversary (3 years!). It was a beautiful relaxing weekend spent on a secluded private island far from people. ☀️ 🏝

Today is a busy day! Shooting lots of digitals (on my new white background - yay!) and I get to interview a dear friend of mine, @nadja_cleven. Nadja was one of my roommates last year when we were in Cape Town. She’s a German model, a wonderful person, and a breath of fresh air. I can’t wait for you to “meet” her!
