Listen up bitches, I have an announcement to make!!! I’ve been incredible for so much of my life that it’s time that I gave back. It’s easier than you’d think being so damn good looking, and I’m living proof. I’ve wasted so much time trying to find the the perfect program on google and researching through my magazines. I’ve seen 12 week programs and all this talk about long term periodization, but when you’re as busy as me and you only have 2 weeks to be incredible, all the other programs just don’t cut it. So now that I’ve nailed the art of being a total babe I wanted to share with you everything I’ve learnt so you don’t have to spend more time being ugly. Tip 1 - No barbells. They totally don’t work. I mean, they say that the strongest, most muscular athletes in the world use them as a staple to their training, but we’re here to be beautiful, not to waste time, besides, muscle and strength is only for boys. Tip 2 - don’t listen to people that tell you that getting results takes time. Look at me, I only spend an hour or 2 on hair and make up. Hello 💁🏼♀️ Tip 3 - train cardio first thing in the morning every day in a fasted state. And then when you’re fished training, fast for a little bit more. Tip 4 - don’t click the link in bio to find out about Strength Systems online, an intelligent approach to training, because you can do it in 2 weeks by simply following steps 1 to 3. #beautifulin2weeks
@hattieboydle squatting a 150kg Pb at under 60kg bodyweight. Hattie is a professional fitness model and most of her time is spent on training with an aesthetics focus. Training for performance is always a goal, but it’s not very often that she spends time working towards achieving 1 rep maxes, but this is a number that we’ve been working towards achieving for a long time. The session went as follows- Set 1 - 130kg x 3 (video 3) Set 2 - 140kg x 2 (video 2) Set 3 - 150kg x 1 PB (video 1) Great day 💪🏼 #shesquatsbro
It’s not always a competition. For some. But not me. I’m here to win, and in this arena, I always come first. But I don’t want to pretend that I don’t work hard to be this good. I train hard!!! 💪🏼I train smart 🤯 and if you wanna win like me, you need to do the same. You need to follow the system. Link in bio. #comefirst👊🏼
Moderate bench press. Now that I’m approaching the heaviest end of my training, my body is feeling it. I need to be strategic with how often I can really “go for it”. Today I did 180kg for 2 sets of 8. The weight moved easily. As it should. #cuteboysofinstagram @basebodybabes @cameronoreb @dinnyj @godlystrong @sonnywebstergb @_kevinyuan @hattieboydle @ben.orbase
Last night we went for dinner to celebrate my birthday. Thank you to the beautiful people in this photo for your company ❤️ And thank you to everyone that sent me birthday wishes. You all made my day. 🙌🏼🙌🏼❤️❤️🥳
Light(er) deadlifts. Front and back view. 270kg singles. I’ve been deadlifting twice per week after my squat sessions and one of the sessions I’ve usually been working on weights around the 200kg mark and focussing on strain free technique work. Today I was able to get to my top singles on 270kg which seemed very effortless, and if you know what my deadlifts are usually like, this weight is never effortless for me. I’m very happy with this 😊 #strengthsystem
