Body AND Mindset Transformation β¨ . TAG a friend! . Back in high school, I had major eating issues. Honestly to the point where it became an obsession to be as thin as possible, even if that meant treating my body poorly. This carried on all throughout college and there were many ups and downs along the way. Fast forward to right after college β I started working out and became obsessed yet again, with being shredded and being as lean as possible. I went from one extreme to the next and yet I still was left unsatisfied with myself. . There came a point in my life where I needed to really sit down and ask myself what was going to make me happy? For years, I was so restrictive, obsessive and controlling over my own body that it left me missing out on so many amazing life experiences. Because of that, I was so unbelievably unhappy and once I came to that realization, I knew it was time to change. . I realized that food wasnβt my enemy, that going out to eat with friends and not knowing the caloric and macro breakdown of my meal wasnβt going to ruin my body, that itβs okay to take rest days when your body needs them, and most importantly, that I deserved to be happy with myself no matter what π And so do you! π Life is meant to be experienced, to do the things you love and to feel happiness everyday!
