Vitamina D mode on ✅ Confesso que não gosto de calor, nem de ficar de baixo do sol suando 🤷‍♀️, mas com isso meu último exame minha vitamina D estava super baixa. Você sabia que a Vitamina D é fundamental para o sistema imune e muscular, formação de ossos/dentes e abdsorção de cálcio e fósforo? Por isso se as vezes você dorme bem mas acorda cansado, sente dificuldade para perder peso ou até de render no treino, esses podem ser sintomas de falta de vitamina D! O sol é responsável por cerca de 90% da aquisição de vitamina D, e os alimentos como: leite, queijos, gema de ovo, manteiga, peixes, e outros 10%. O tempo médio de exposição ao sol para otimizar a vitamina D é de 10 a 20 minutos, 3x por semana, sem protetor solar e antes das 10 da manhã. Primeiro você precisa de alguma razão que lhe motive a mudar sua mente e depois seu físico. Não se compare a outros, valorize o que conquistou na sua própria velocidade! Mas importantíssimo 👉não esqueça que você precisa sempre se puxar um pouco mais, assim estará sempre atingindo suas metas. No meu caso sou uma virginiana, me atiro de cabeça quando decido algo, até conquistar meu objetivo, sou perfeccionista e muito decidida. Talvez tenha sido por isso que fui umas das primeiras atletas no Brasil a se tornar profissional em 2009, quando nosso esporte, o fisiculturismo, ainda era pouco divulgado no Brasil e depois a única a Bodybuilder pesada estando no Olympia por várias vezes. Passe para o lado e veja minha época gigante 🧏‍♀️👊🦾!! • • • First you need some reason that motivates you to change your mind and then your physique. Don't compare yourself to others, value what you've achieved at your own speed! But very important 👉do not forget that you always need to pull yourself a little more, so you will always be reaching your goals. In my case I am a Virgo, when I decide something, I give all until I reach my goal, I am a perfectionist and very determined person. Maybe that was why I was one of the first athletes in Brazil to become a professional athlete in 2009, when our sport, bodybuilding, was still little known in Brazil and then the only heavy Bodybuilder being at Olympia several times. Falam por aí que precisa-se de MUITO para atingir o físico que você sonha. Te digo a tua rotina só precisa ser constante e sustentável. Nada de 3 horas na academia, nunca fiz isso, nem quando estava me preparando para competir. São 40min de treino. Meu cardio sempre foi de 30min. Dieta é comer comida limpa, com quantias calculadas e nos horários certos. Comida de verdade como, carnes, ovos, frutas, vegetais da estação, bons carboidratos, bons óleos, comidas simples e MUITO EFICIENTES. Comida limpa NÃO deve gerar MEDO!! O que deve gerar DESÂNIMO é comer errado, calorias vazias que não agregam em nada, só para engordar e causar processos inflamatórios, como açúcar refinado, comidas processadas, frituras, é isso que leva você para trás! Claro que a não ser que você esteja se preparando para competir, sua rotina pode e deve ser leve e mesmo assim ter resultados muito bons como eu hoje. Me sinto com meu melhor físico, podendo ser maleável, ter vida social, trabalhar bem, cuidar da casa, marido, filha, cachorrinhos, etc...Mas você precisa fazer, esse básico irá trazer mudanças que lhe surpreenderá! • • • They say that it takes a LOT to achieve that physique you dream of. I tell you that your routine just needs to be constant and sustainable. No 3 hours at the gym. I never did that, even when I was preparing to compete. It's 40min of training! My cardio has always been 30 minutes. Diet is eating clean food, with calculated amounts and at the right times. Real food like meats, eggs, fruits, vegetables, good carbohydrates, good oils...simple and VERY EFFICIENT foods. Clean food should NOT generate FEAR !! What should generate discouragement is to eat wrong, empty calories that don’t add for anything, just to put on weight and cause inflammatory processes, such as refined sugar, processed foods, fried foods, this is what it takes you back!! Unless you are preparing to compete, your routine can be light and still have good results like me today. I feel with my best physique, being able to be malleable, have social life, work well, take care of the house, but you need to do it, this basic will bring changes that will surprise you! • #AnneFreitas #TeamPannain
