Long time since i uploaded a workout video again so i filmed yesterday’s chest workout for you guys! - 1️⃣ incline bench press : warmup, then 4 sets, 12-10-8-6 reps building up the weight each set and a dropset on the last one. 2️⃣ incline dumbell fly to close press: 4 sets of 10-12 reps. 3️⃣ machine chest press : 4 sets of 8-10 reps, hold a second when contracting. 4️⃣ one hand cable fly’s : 4 sets of 12 reps, perfect when you don’t have 2 cable for normal fly’s! 5️⃣ low crossovers : 4 sets of 10-12 reps, perfect for those upper chest gains! 💪🏻

Today was a hamstring focused leg day, they were dead at the end 🔥 - 1️⃣ Alternate lying leg curl: 4 sets 8 reps each leg, then get right back to the other and go to failure. 2️⃣ Dumbell stiff leg deadlift: 4 sets of 10 reps. 3️⃣ Seated leg curl: 4 sets of 8-10 reps. 4️⃣ Abduction machine: 4 sets of 12 reps 5️⃣ Adduction machine: 4 sets of 12 reps Never look right into the eyes while doing these! 🤷♂️😂

Backday it is, combining rows and pulldowns is the best way to train your whole back! - 1️⃣ Single handle lat pulldown: i start my rep pronated and when i’m down i have twisted supinated, look close at my hands. Warmup, then 4 sets, 12-10-8-8 building up the weight each set. 2️⃣ Free weight neutral grip row: 4 sets of 8-10 reps but build up the weight each set. 3️⃣ neutral grip lat pulldown: really focus on the stretch. 4 sets, 12-10-8-8 and dropset 8 reps on the last one. 4️⃣ single hand rows: 4 sets of 10 reps to finish of!
Because it was an awesome armday and the pump was sick! 🤯

Quick shoulder workout but the pump was amazing tho! 😁 - 1️⃣ Barbell shoulder press superset With side lateral raises: warmup, 4 sets on the shoulder press starting at 12 reps building up the weight till you barely get 6 reps, side laterals 4 sets of 10-12 reps. 2️⃣ Dumbell front raises (seated): 4 sets of 10 reps 3️⃣ Dumbell side lateral raises: 3 sets building up the weight, 4th set 10 reps and drop the weight 3 times and do 8-10 reps each set, on the last one till failure 🤯
