#ad THE PERFECT NIGHT IN ——————————————————————————— What’s your perfect night in? For me, I love sticking on a chick flick or a good horror movie with the fiancé, a few snacks and cuddles on the sofa. What makes it even cosier is the perfect lighting and @iconic_lights have got that sorted with this gorgeous gold monkey floor lamp #IconicNightsIn
AND FUN WAS HAD BY ALL ——————————————————————————— Go to the farm they said. It will be fun they said. Harry wasn’t a fan of the tractor and Bella loved the chickens until one stole a flapjack from her hand then proceeded to jump on the table to steal the rest of her food. Needless to say, I was just as terrified as Bella was until one tried to steal my lunch and trust me... no one should mess with a pregnant ladies lunch!
PUMPKIN BABY ———————————————————————————- I couldn’t resist a throwback to Bella’s first two Halloween’s. I’ve also just managed to book pumpkin picking to the place that we’ve been every year so I’m super chuffed that we are keeping up the tradition! But seriously though.... how cute and tiny is she! And I’m going to have another little pumpkin on the patch soon!
AND THAT’S A WRAP —————————————————————————— All 3 rooms decorated in preparation for the baby coming! I know baby will know nothing about this, but I just wanted to have the house exactly how I wanted it prior to the madness of becoming a mum of 2 and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! What do you think? #ad Carpet in Bella’s room kindly gifted from @flooringsuperstore use code LOTTIEFREE for free shipping until the end of the year
26 WEEKS ——————————————————————————— Well actually I’m closer to 27 weeks but honestly it’s so hard to keep up with this pregnancy as it’s flying by! Tomorrow is my last day of work due to Covid and having to leave early. It’s a bitter sweet day as I’m glad to be able to spend some extra quality time with Bella but I’ll also miss work and my few days of being “the ICU nurse” rather than just “the mum”. In my first pregnancy I had to leave early due to being so unwell; this time around I feel that I could work up until the end but I’m not allowed to due to Covid! Has anyone else had to leave work early due to Covid?
HYPNOBIRTHING ——————————————————————————— I’ve recently started a hypnobirthing course to help me with the birth of my second child. It’s something that I’d never heard of in my first pregnancy but it was recommended to me time and time again after the difficulties that I had last time. I was kindly gifted a hypnobirthing course from @bumpandbirths and am two sessions in and loving it! I already feel so much more in control and so much more relaxed about the whole thing and am actually looking forward to the experience of giving birth rather than feeling anxious about it. If you’re interested in hearing more about hypnobirthing, Fran at @bumpandbirths is doing a taster session on Tuesday 6th October so head over to her account to have a look! Has anyone else tried hypnobirthing? Would you like me to document this on my stories?
#ad MY ECZEMA CURE ———————————————————————————- Did you know that ‘eczema cure’ is one of the most googled topics? But unfortunately eczema cannot simply be cured. I found this out at a young age and since then have been working to find out what I can do manage my eczema and to prevent flare ups. I’ve made some lifestyle changes to help with my eczema and discovered that my reducing my dairy intake, I reduce my flare ups. This will be different for everyone but it’s something that worked for me. As well as lifestyle changes, I swear by this @cetraben_uk daily cleansing cream which can be used as a cleanser and a moisturiser! Using an emollient twice a day can help massively with eczema and for me, this is my go to product! What have you found that helps with your eczema? #cetraben
