Gooey, chocolate treat! 😋 In Summer I like to treat my friends and family to these gooey chocolate squares that you can top with anything you have in your cupboard. These are topped with goji and pistachio nuts and soooo goooood! This is so simple to make and so fun and great to eat straight out of the freezer! 🍫 Melt 1/2 big bar of your favourite chocolate (obviously @cotedorbe in my case 😁) and a splash of milk or cream. 🍫 Stir everything together until it is creamy. 🍫 Place it in a small tray with a layer of baking paper, spread it around. 🍫 Top with anything you like: nuts, dried fruit, oreo crumbs, berries, petit Lu... 🍫 Freeze for at least an hour and cut into squares or use a cookie cutter to cut into you favourite shape! #belgianblogger #foodie #food #CôtedOrAmbassador #CôtedOrStaysWithYou #belgianfoodblogger #chocolate #chocolateaddict #chocolovers #personalise #makeyourown

Vegan oxheart cabbage curry for lunch today. No hassle, all the flavour and perfect in this rainy weather🌦 Recipe: 🌱 0.5 an oxheart cabbage 🌱 4 potatoes 🌱 2 large onions 🌱 2 tsp of ginger garlic paste (or alternatively grate 2 garlic cloves and a thumb sized piece of garlic) 🌱 1 tsp each of turmeric, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, chilli flakes and garam masala 🌱 dried raisins 🌱 1 tbsp grated coconut 🌱 400ml coconut milk or 200ml coconut milk and 200ml veggie stock 🌱 1 onion, chopped Heat some olive oil and add the chopped onion and the garlic and ginger. Let it soften. Add the potatoes, carrots, both diced as well as the spices. Cook for a couple of minutes while stirring. Add the oxheart cabbage which has been finely sliced. Top off with coconut milk and veggie broth if using. Leave to simmer on a very low heat until most of the liquid has gone. For the last 10minutes add the raisins and grated coconut. Sundays are for slow-cooked food. I love spending part of my Sunday just putting together a meal and then leaving it to stew and bubble so I have an amazing meal to end the week with.
