This was a spicy workout all the @originalathlete members had today. A different kind of thruster ladder. 6 Waves of: 5 rounds: 6 bar facing burpees 3 thrusters It was 5 rounds of 6 bar facing burpees followed by 3 thrusters, increasing weight each set of thrusters. Then you rest 3 minutes, before you repeat the workout but with heavier weights. You continue like this for 6 waves (if you manage to finish all the rounds). 2020 @Nocco summer flavor is insane, Limon del sol. I think this is the best one so far. I had an outdoor session with a group of people to celebrate this release. This is the perfect opportunity to get some good old outdoor training in. Try this 40 min outdoor session with a friend! 8 rounds of (3 min AMRAP: 1 min rest) 1. 100 m Hill sprint 10 pull-ups each 2. 100 m Hill sprint 20 air squat each 3. 100 m Hill sprint 15 dips each 4. 100 m Hill sprint 30 mountain climbers each Flow: Stay at the same station a full 3 min working set and perform as many rounds as possible. Rotate to the next station during the 1 minute rest. You will perform 2 rounds on each station. Both of you need to run together, but you are allowed to split the strength part as you like. #nocco

TEAM HOME WORKOUT @boltenstern asked me if I could join her on a home workout session. ”Too easy” I said when she gave me the challenge. I was wrong. I’m too heavy for this… Workout: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 Pop squat Lunges Hand release push-ups Side plank rotation Flow: You start with the pop squat. I do 1, you do 1, I do 2, you do 2 and so on, until we both have done 10 each of that. Then you continue with lunges. Continue in this pattern until you both are done with 10 each of side plank rotation. I promise you, it will be super challenging! #socsportswear #soctraining

HOME WORKOUT Still stuck at home? No worries. Here is another burner for you. For time: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 Lunge + knee raise right side Lunge + knee raise left side Push ups V-ups Every 2 min: 3 burpees. NOTE: You start with 3 burpees and then straight into the workout. 1 of each, then 2 and so on until 10 reps of each are completed. You must stop and perform 3 burpees every other minute before you are allowed to continue. #homeworkout #originalathleteprogram #originalathlete
WORKOUT Here is another fun little workout from my program, @originalathlete. Choose a challenging weight on the dumbbell snatch and set a goal for the workout. My goal was heavy dumbbell (42,5 kg) and unbroken every round. It got really spicy round 3-5. Super happy to hit quite a few unbroken sets of heavy dumbbell snatches. It’s really challenging for my grip and to find the right timing in the transition. •E5 min x5• 20/15 cal air bike 15 dumbbell snatch 10 burpee box jump over NOTE: You perform these as fast as possible and then rest the remaining time until next set of 5 minutes starts. #originalathlete #originalathleteprogram
HOME WORKOUT This one is from @originalathlete home workout program. No gym or equipment needed! I added a weight vest just to make it a bit challenging. Sometimes it feels like I must perform my training at the gym to get anything out of it. But that’s not the case. Try this one and let me know how it was! 20 minutes of: 40 sec on: 20 sec off 1. Reverse lunges 2. Burpees 3. Squats 4. Dips 5. Mountain climbers NOTE: you work 40 sec, then rest 20 sec.
