You don't have to change for anyone, you are enough. If someone doesn't like something about you, it's their loss. Don't modify your personality, your style to fit in, or in hopes that your crush will like you. You are enough; you are supposed to be different and have characteristics that set you apart. It would be very dull if everyone acted the same and loved the same things. Yes, it's okay to change something about yourself that YOU wanted to change. Obviously you will change over time, but in this moment you are enough. When you wear a persona and hide who you are for the acceptance of others, you miss out on evolving into the person you’re meant to become, and you miss out on finding kindred spirits. You never know who you may inspire by just being you. Usually, the weirdest people have the most significant impact on the world. Being your extraordinary self is enough. 💕 - ”I know when the other Boovs said, "Oh!" they were not happy to see me. The true is, among the Boov, I do not fit in. I fit out.” - Oh the Boov, from the movie Home 👾
Happy October!! 👻 Time to take out the fall clothes, and get some fall scented candles. Do some fun fall/Halloween activities. Yes, this is my favorite season. Lol 🎃 I'm already indulging in anything that has pumpkin in it. Pumpkin cake, pumpkin donuts, and can't forget the pumpkin spice lattes. The signature pumpkin spice latte from @dunkin is good; I had it for the past two days. Trying my hardest not to go again today because when I go, I can't just get the coffee I have to get the donuts too. 😭 Anyway, what’s on your fall bucket list? - #notsponsoredbutiwishitwas 😂
I can't believe September is basically over now. *Blasts September by Earth, Wind, & Fire*😭I hope you’re enjoying your hump day! I will be writing down my goals for October today. Do you write out your monthly goals? 📝 - *Sings* ”Ba de ya, say do you remember? Ba de ya, dancing in September.” 🕺🏾💃🏽
My baby. 🥰 #nationaldaughtersday
Going through life, there are times where you might not feel worthy. You might have been rejected by your crush, or by a job that you wanted. When you started a business but didn't receive the support you thought you would receive. When you’ve made mistakes in life that have caused a bad reputation. When you keep trying to pursue a goal but something keeps knocking you down. Whatever the case may be, you are still worthy. Know your worth. Don't let other people’s views of you make you think you're not worthy. Speak positive affirmations, believe in yourself, and be resilient. When we think we are not worthy, then everything in life will seem that way. However, when you know your worth, you won’t settle for certain things, and when something doesn't go the way you planned, you know that God is preparing you for something better. What you want in life is already yours; God is waiting for you to claim it. 💕
