What’s your favourite exercise routine? 🏃‍♀️ I’ve had a break from working on my fitness and it’s left me feeling unfit and lethargic, so today I started getting into working out again. It felt awesome with the wind in my hair and pushing through those boundaries. I remembered how much I enjoyed being fit as this is the longest time that I haven’t exercised, I’ve been fit most of my life, but this year I’ve had so many obstacles to fitness that It was just pushed to the side but now finally things are back on track I can focus on my health and fitness which also clears my mind and leaves me feeling comfortable in my own body.
