Although I share what I make for my daughter, I usually make myself the same lunch 😋or else you know I’d be jealous of that meal haha. Please don’t tell me you don’t like celery, this is not what I want to hear 😅 And even if you don’t like it you might change your mind after you try this sweet and sour celery salad from @ixta.belfrage Mezcla. Personally I am a huge fan of cooked celery, just like my friend @teffe_kocht who has made it and from whom I have heard great reviews about this quick to make salad. Here celery battons are charred, then left under the cover but off heat to soften a little further and it is the unique dressing that lifts softened but retaining its crunchy side celery. The dressing carries Asian notes with the presence of soya sauce. Then you also have finely chopped garlic, maple syrup, lemon juice, olive oil and plumped up and finely chopped golden raisins. Simply divine, I could drink it 😅 Toss the buttons with this dressing, let it macerate for a few minutes, add some celery leaves, basil and chopped chives, a couple of spoonfuls of ricotta, urfa and red chilli flakes without forgetting toasted pine nuts and your gorgeous salad is ready. I had an idea of serving it with some plain rice and it worked well, turning a simple salad into a light meal. Loved it! This is what 400g plus bunch of celery looks like on your plate. We have swept it like there was no tomorrow. Vânata coaptă umplută cu salata de cous cous 🍆 Ingrediente: - vânata - cous cous - năut (fiert) - ardei rosu/galben - ciuperci - sare - ulei de masline Mod de preparare: 1. Vânata se taie in doua iar miezul se cresteaza. Pe deasupra se presara sare. Se baga la cuptorul preîncălzit la 220 de grade pentru 30-35 minute. Daca mai este nevoie le mai puteți lasa. La jumatatea timpului se verifica. 2. Intre timp se pregateste salata. Cous cousul se prepara conform instrucțiunilor de pe ambalaj. Ciupercile si bucățile de ardei se trag cateva minute in tigaie cu putin unt vegan. Acestea se adauga in cous cous impreuna cu boabele de năut si se amesteca. Se adauga putin ulei de masline si se condimentează dupa gust. 3. Dupa ce vânata s-a copt se scoate miezul si se adauga in salata. Se amesteca, apoi vânata se umple. I have to confess this is from June last year, I tried filming it yesterday and the lighting was terrible so only the last shot was taken last night! I used Anna @healthysimpleyum recipe and adapted it to what I had in.
