The B E S T Hand Pulled Noodles! 🍜 If there’s something I can teach you that is sustainable and affordable is learning how to make hand pulled noodles from scratch! It’s so E A S Y. it’s not as daunting as you think. All you need is (4) ingredients. 250 grams or 1 1/2 cup All purpose flour 120 grams water or 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp Water 1/2 Tsp Salt Oil to spread thinly on noodle Method: To a bowl, add your flour, salt, and water gradually until you get a shaggy dough consistency. Continue kneading until a nice ball forms. Let rest for 20 minutes. Cut the dough into pieces. Roll the dough into discs. Oil both sides and allow to rest for 1 hour. Once rested, cut dough into 4 pieces. Each circle piece will make 4 strips which will equal 4 servings. Pull the dough slowly and begin smacking on counter until thickness you desire. Cold Soba Dipping Noodles 🍜 Today is so hot in CA, make this! (Zaru Soba) this noodle dish is perfect for the summertime. I know traditionally we may view noodles as being served hot. But, have you tried it served cold?! The noodles are made from buckwheat noodles and served with a soy based “dipping” sauce that is chilled. Hand Pulled Chili Garlic Noodles 🍜 If there’s one thing I can teach you how to make to sustain your life is a quick and easy noodle. I have the noodle recipe from scratch up already. But save this sauce for a spicy sauce to go on top of almost any noodle! What you’ll need: 1 tbsp Chili powder (paprika works fine) 1 tbsp Crushed chili flakes 1/2 Tbsp Szechuan pepper corns 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder 1/2 Tbsp Togarashi or a chili blend (optional) 5 Scallion ends (minced) 4 Minced garlic 6 Tbsp hot vegetable oil 1 tbsp Seasoning sauce or soy sauce 1 tbsp Sweet soy sauce 1/2 Tbsp Rice vinegar 1/2 Tbsp Sweetener (more if you like sweeter) 1. Make your noodles and cook them until a texture you enjoy. 2. Make your sauce. Add dry ingredients and aromatics first and then cook in hot oil. Before adding in your wet sauces to prevent splatter. 3. Mix noodles in sauce, garnish with more sauce and sliced green onions. Serve and enjoy! Garlic Pork Belly Udon Stir Fry Noodles 🤤 Recipe #2 of my noodle series 🍜 This noodle dish is super quick and easy and takes less than 10 minutes to whip it up. It’s the best because you use simple ingredients to make an elevated noodle dish. Serves 2-3 What you’ll need: 2 packs udon noodles 12 oz. 4 oz slice pork belly 2 chopped scallions 6 minced garlic cloves Crushed chili peppers Sliced fresh ginger Sesame seeds (optional) Chili garlic paste: 4 Thai chili 3 garlic cloves (Pounded together) Sauce ingredients: 2 Tbsp Oyster sauce 1 Tbsp Seasoning sauce 1 tbsp Sweetener 1 tsp Sesame oil (optional) 1 tbsp water Instructions: 1. Make your sauce by mixing it in a bowl and set aside. 2. Loosen your noodles in hot water. We are just loosening them and we will cook it through when we put the noodles together. 3. To a wok, add oil, garlic, scallion, ginger, sauté until aromatic. Add chili garlic paste (optional) if you like space. Add pork belly and cook through. 4. Add the udon noodles and give it a toss with the sauce. 5. Garnish with more scallions, chili peppers, and fried garlic if you’d like. 6. Wiem że pieczarki z żółtym serem owinięte boczkiem wędzonym bardzo Wam posmakowały, może i ten przepis przypadnie też do smaku😄. Składniki, które będziemy potrzebować ✔️10 pieczarek średniej wielkości, ja miałam tyle i podaje proporcje na 10 szt ✔️1/4 szt czerwonej papryki ✔️0.5 szt cebuli ✔️3 szt suszone pomidory ✔️kulka mozzarelli ✔️1 ząbek czosnku przeciśnięty przez praskę ✔️sól ✔️pieprz ✔️papryka czerwona ostra ✔️papryka czerwona słodka ✔️troszkę masła ✔️natka pietruszki drobno pokrojona Pieczarki myjemy, osuszamy ręcznikiem papierowym, odcinamy ogonki. Łyżką delikatnie wydrążamy brzegi pieczarek, żeby weszło więcej farszu. Ogonki z pieczarek kroimy w drobną kostkę, smażymy na maśle. Dodajemy do nich pokrojoną w drobną kostkę cebulę i paprykę. Mieszamy, smażymy, przyprawiamy solą, pieprzem, paprykami i czosnkiem. Gotowy farsz studzimy. Do wystudzonego farszu dorzucamy pokrojone drobno suszone pomidory, startą na grubych oczkach mozarellę i natkę pietruszki, mieszamy. Kapelusze solimy, wypełniamy farszem. Na wierz starłam jeszcze na drobnej tarce ser gran padano bo akurat miałam w lodówce, ale to nie jest konieczne.
