Got an early anniversary gift…. I love it!

What a great way to start the day. Woke up feeling exhausted so I headed to HotWorx as I normally do. Temps in the 50’s when I left the house knowing it would feel amazing post sauna time and it did. Spent a little over 1 1/2 hours in the 123 degree sauna doing a “bonfire”, Hot Yoga followed by Hot HIIT Blast (doing my own thing and listening to my book). All of this felt amazing!! Came home, Then joined Jen Murphy - Camp Gladiator Yoga Instructor for her free for everyone session and it was pretty perfect! I already have over 160 minutes of exercise and have burned over 1000 calories all before 10:30 this morning. First of all….What is in the air?!?! I sneezed the entire way home from my HotWorx session today. Needed it. Craved it. Got it done! ✅

It’s been a heck of a few months and I’m exhausted. Wasn’t feeling great this morning but convinced myself to work out. I am glad I did, I felt better after. I upped the temp from my usual 120 to 123 and then I worked out with the amazing Jen Murphy - Camp Gladiator Yoga Instructor. Started the day out getting in my hot yoga at HOTWORX (North Plano, TX). Joey lost his pet fishy today so we had to deal with that, poor kiddo, he is such an animal lover with a huge heart. Taking Joey to the arcade with his best buddy and then rooting on my Chiefs!

Woke up even earlier today to get to Irving to tag the Irving Oktoberfest Race. Today is a busy day so I squeezed in Day 60 streak session at HOTWORX (North Plano, TX) before heading home. Doggie Vaccine, then to Plano to drop Joey off at Birthday Party, then to Wylie for Gracie’s marching competition, then back to Plano to pick Joey up and finally back to McKinney so I can write my paper on the challenges that hospitals and physicians are facing.
