Conch (Pronounced "konk") is an edible marine snail native to the Turks and Caicos Islands and other parts of the Atlantic. Conch is an important part of the culture of Turks and Caicos and is one of the three symbols that make up the Island flag. Queen Conch is the primary type of conch indigenous to Turks and Caicos. It lives in seagrass beds on the ocean floor. Conch is a local delicacy on the island and is served in many different restaurants throughout Providenciales. In the summer months the sun moves north and aligns with Grace Bay Beach to produce spectacular sunsets. The clouds take on the red and orange hues of the setting sun and the blue ocean reflects in the sand. One of the more unique activities on Providenciales is horseback riding on Long Bay Beach with @provoponies . This incredible riding stable began as an equine rescue operation for neglected horses and ponies in Turks and Caicos and has grown into a local horseback riding facility for residents and tourists. Provo Ponies now has 30 horses and ponies rescued and nursed back to health from Grand Turk, South Caicos, Dominican Republic, and the USA. Visitors to Providenciales have the opportunity to spend a day on a horse-back riding tour through the white sand and brilliant blue waters of Long Bay Beach!

Potcakes are dogs that were brought to The Turks and Caicos Islands by early settlers and sailors as pets and for pest control. The name "Potcake" comes from the caked remains at the bottom of cooking pots that were once fed to the dogs. Daily puppy walking is offered through @potcakeplacek9rescue , a dog rescue charity based in Providenciales.

West Harbour Bluff, also called Split Rock or Pirate's Cove, is located on the southwestern tip of the Frenchman's Creek and Pigeon Pond Nature Reserve. West Harbour bluff consists of beautiful limestone sea cliffs, historical rock inscriptions, a cave, and a remote one-mile beach. The cave at West Harbour Bluff makes for a fun-filled day of exploration. Ancient Lucayan artifacts were found here by anthropologist Theodore de Booy in 1912. The historic rock carvings found on the bluff commemorate St. Louis, a ship burnt at sea in 1842.
